Not happy at all with CampTech. They quoted me one price and then, when I placed the order, they reversed story and significantly increased their prices. Total bait and switch sales tactics. Steer clear.

First of all, I have been purchasing high quality PCB from Camptech II Circuits for 4 years now. The quality s always a top notch! We have been selling thousands of PCBs. I estimate there are more than 100 000 PCBs that are running farms around the world. We never got any claim concerning the quality of the PCBs. Secondly, I would like to highlight the outstanding service of Christina who is always willing to help and do much more for the client. Always there for you to get the parts as quickly as possible. Besides, very open to handle multiple open orders that allow for a 2-3 day delivery. So far one of the best companies I have worked with in my purchasing experience. If you are in search of really reliable PCBs that can work in harsh conditions then Camptech II Circuits Inc. should certainly be on your priority list! Keep up the excellent work you do!

Overall negative experience. Had a lot of difficultly getting basic supplier information from them. We were eager to work with a Canadian company but the level of service was sub par for the higher cost compared to using an offshore supplier. We did not end up qualifying Camptech due to the poor communication.UPDATE 5/24/2022: Camptech 2 called to try and retain my companies business. I recounted the poor job they had done in the quoting process, the number of follow-ups and hounding required to get their quality information and that with 100% prepayment we would not be submitting large jobs of hundreds of thousands of dollars without a financial disclosure and associated NDA. This is a standard practice and we receive and disclose financial information with many suppliers to form strong partnerships.Rather than work to resolve concerns they come on Google Review and try to discredit me, and then call my company and ask me to remove my review. Shameful behavior.
