We’ve had our washer and dryer set for a year now and love it! B&W was great to deal with. They worked with us to find a set to fit our budget, installation delivery was quick and seamless. We had one service call for a minor issue (turned out to be user error :|) and they were a pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend them over any of the big box stores.

First off the owner of this store is extremely rude and seems to have something against those who are in the LGBTQ+ community she was very judgmentalAs for the rest of the staff, they were extremely nice, especially Jenn (I believe that was her name) lolOverall the store is well set up well but be prepared to spend a lot, one couch I saw was a whopping $15,000 and unless you work at Bruce Power you won't be coming out with anything.
