Ignored Warranty: Despite my appliance being under warranty, they insisted on charging me for the repairs. When I tried to reason with them, they simply brushed me off.

When we searched for appliance repair we found another listing with a high rating, but with this phone number.The service call was expensive, didn't solve the problem and when we went to dry a load of laundry the next day it was still damp.We needed to fix the issue and what ever the tech did he pushed all the lint to the outside vent and it was clogged.After unclogging it worked but still made a lot of noise which the service call was intended to repair.So in my opinion, keep on looking and avoid this company they will not solve your problem, only add to it!
