DEFINITELY FRAUDULENT:Made a big mistake & ordered flowers from this “Company” last night on their website - without reading these reviews first.They charged me but flowers for my mom never arrived and phone number just goes to voicemail. I closed my bank account so they wouldn’t be able to run the card again. I did some research and realized the same number and same website exists under a different company name.I can’t believe Google still has not done anything about it! Very Disappointing.

Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. The flowers never came on the date that I requested. Not only that, but they delivered the flowers to the wrong address… thank goodness to our lovely neighbour, she gave my mom a call and delivered the flowers to my mom herself.. do not recommend the future headache from ordering flowers from here.

I placed a last minute order for same day delivery without seeing the reviews. I was scared and skeptical if the order would even come in or if it was scam but after a phone call with an exceptionally helpful and friendly woman I will be definitely ordering from them again. She went above and beyond even delivering the flowers herself after she was off work as my order was placed after the driver had left for that day. 10/10 would recommend. She also explained to me that most of the orders that resulted in those bad reviews were a case of being overwhelmed with orders on special occasions.

Awful customer service. I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day with a confirmation email, Mother’s Day had arrived but my bank had not been charged. I called them 6 times that day knowing that they’d be busy because of Mother’s Day... it went straight to voicemail and by the end of the day the mailbox was full. Now today, 15 days later my bank account has been charged for the Mother’s Day flowers at FULL Mother’s Day price and the flowers were “delivered”. No phone call, nothing. I asked for a refund and they offered me a 10$ coupon.Thanks for offering a 10$ coupon for this but I can assure you I’ll never use it or this florist again.

Reading all these reviews I was skeptical but none of them were recent. This was also the only florist i could find with a peony bouquet so I decided to give them a try. I ordered after they'd closed on the 9th for a delivery on the 20th and they got right back to me once they opened. Letting me know a color was out of stock and they could substitute and then sent a photo of the new bouquet that i was very pleased with. They delivered promptly that afternoon and my girlfriend loved it. Would recommend.

Ordered flowers that were never delivered and now I’m unable to get ahold of the florist company. I will absolutely be showing up at the address listed once I’m back in BC. You are a scam and fraud, and will be out of business soon.

Ordered flowers for my mom and aunt for mothers day. They never showed up. I placed my order almost a week ago so I don't understand why this happened or why there was no communication.I can understand that mothers day is very busy, but if that's the case, then I would have expected some kind of communication.That being said, I knew it would be busy, which is why I placed my order several days in advance...This is unacceptable service.

Placed an order for flowers on Friday for delivery on Sunday ( Mother's Day). Got an order confirmation and thought that was it. Mother's Day came and went with no flower delivery. They sent an email confirming delivery the next day but my Mom never got them. Called them numerous times as I am unable to get in at the moment in person and their mailbox is full and they never pick up the phone. After seeing other people's experience for that day. I feel like they just took everyone's money and had no intention of delivering flowers!

Probably some of the worst service I've got before. I ordered flower for delivery the day before and called to make sure they'd get there. I waited all day and had called the store multiple times to clarify that the flowers would arrive at the destination, being told they would each time. Just to wait another 2-3 hours and no sign of the flowers and calling back just to be denied my call over 10 times. They were for a loved ones birthday and as I am thousands of miles away I thought this would be a nice present but thanks to a company who couldn't meet their own standards I was unable to give them this gift. Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone and if you're looking for flowers to be delivered look else where as this store will not meet your needs.
