She was really polite and asked what kind of dress I was looking for, She was very helpful and asked how I felt about each dress . I did say yes" to the dress at Bisou and can't wait to wear it on my special day. She also has accessories to go with the dresses. Thank you for making the experience amazing and fun!"

I bought my dream dress from Bisou Bridal. Kate and her daughter were so helpful and enthusiastic and made my trying-on experience so fun and special! The shop is intimate and so pretty and there was a great selection of dresses to choose from with absolutely no pressure for time or to purchase. I went in not knowing what to choose or how to choose! And I walked out with a stunning dress that I absolutely cannot wait to wear on my wedding day! Kate was so wonderful and a pleasure to work with. She listened to everything I was looking for and had exactly what I didn’t even know I wanted! The atmosphere was quite and comfortable and the one on one with Kate made for a stress free wedding dress shopping experience (which is so needed when planning a wedding!) Went to another bridal shop, and then Bisou after. I must say the experience at Bisou was much better. More intimate and private. Did not feel rushed and Kate was super helpful and patient. Really loved the dresses and pretty much all of the dresses she handed to me to try on, fit very nicely. I felt confident and beautiful. Really do suggest giving this shop a visit if you're looking for a dress.

On June 3, 2023 we threw a 'Surprise Wedding' for my daughter. Our goal, as Mother-of-the-Bride and Matron-of Honour, was to be sure she had the dress of her dreams, be beautiful on her day and be able to experience the fun of shopping for her dress.Kate at Bisou Bridal was all-in with our proposal/wedding-the-same-day plan for the dress and helped us make the most of a mere 2 hour window to shop, find THE dress and accessories from her selection. We were so fortunate that Robyn had so many excellent choices and found HER dress so quickly.It was truly an amazing experience working with Bisou Bridal. Kate listened to my story from the first phone call, understood immediately what we needed. She was willing to work with us on a strategy that we madly crafted during our first meeting at Bisou. I was really impressed with how well she knew her dress selection and best fit for body types. She was able to look at photos of our unknowing Bride and pull dresses that could work. She remained in contact throughout our planning period of only 90 days.On the wedding day Kate professionally presented the numerous dress options and helped Robyn with a mix of accessories. When our Bride was ready to walk to her Groom she looked amazing and couldn't have been more thrilled with her gorgeous dress from Bisou. Robyn picked a second shorty dress for her reception too.Every woman at the wedding wanted to know how we could possibly do this. It was really all Kate at Bisou who made it possible! Best service out of all the stores I shopped at for my dress, hands-down. Also her selection is very diverse from modern to classic and everything in between. She supports small businesses with the veils and jewelry she supplies as well. Great for all your wedding needs!

We just had the most wonderful time! My daughter was able to make a last minute appointment to visit this gem of bridal store. Kate was so helpful and gracious. She listened to my daughter's needs, concerns and style she was hoping for in her bridal gown. There was so many gowns to try on. It was such a personal, no pressure experience! In the end, my daughter said yes to the dress!I highly recommend this beautiful little Bridal dress boutique!

From the first moment you step into their soft and elegant bridal shop, you feel like you're in a romantic world where trying on your dress is all you imagined it would be. Kate was absolutely wonderful at finding everything you could possibly need with styling suggestions and made the dress experience the best it could be.
