It was my first time in this location as I found out it was brand new. The staff was very welcoming when we entered the facility. Gong cha bubble tea has always been a favourite of mine

They have good oat milk!Bonus is they offer Uber eats.Owner is really hospitable.Heather was serving us and she was the sweetest. It was the kiddos first bubble tea experience and she really helped make good suggestions and was very caring towards the kids. Much appreciated ☺️. Very above and beyond.

Awesome boba, super friendly staff and helpful as we weren't sure what to get. Ended up getting a chocolate bubble waffle, coconut taro milk tea with pearls, dolce coffee smoothie with pearls and a mint cookie smoothie with pearls. I'd recommend everyone give this place a try. I will definitely be coming back for more. Waffle was a nice treat to share. Thanks for the great time.

First time going here was a good experience. We were the only ones inside and it still took a couple minutes per drink, so I could totally see wait times being long if it was busy. Decor is bland and they need some music playing to really sell the ambiance, but otherwise everything was great.

Went there for the first time the other day and they were so nice! They happen to be doing a photoshoot that day and I got a free drink with my large one! It was so good! Even my boyfriend who isn’t into milk tea loved it.

A must stop for any bubble tea fix when in the area. Delicious drinks, clean bathroom & nice seating/waiting area with a magnetic dart board to play while you wait for your order.

Great tasty bubble tea with a small selection of flavours. The only bubble tea in Wasaga Beach, just opened up recently. Must try! Highly recommended.

I am writing this in the hopes that the owner/management can improve their product quality.I moved from Toronto and a super big fan of bubble tea - tried soooo many of them so I am very well familiar and acquainted on every flavour profile of every major bubble tea place. I have been waiting for over a year for Gongcha to finally open. Checking it everytime I am in the area and been really excited for the launch. Was there for soft opening, would buy milk tea every so often and everytime I buy the same regular milk tea, I am always DISSAPPOINTED on the quality. The tea flavour is soo mellow it tastes like water. Not enough cream nor milk foam. No sign of a creamy and milky taste. It always tastes like watered-down milktea that's been sitting for half day. The tapioca are always hard, no matter what time of day I come in to buy. And I always try to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe this time it's going to be better. But everytime, they always fail and it is sooo dissapointing because I want them to stay in business for a long time. I WANT them here and I always give my feedback to the employees but they seem to be oblivious that there is something wrong with the quality of their product.Bubbles and waffles are amazing. Employees are amazing. But what people spend their money on are the drinks and they can't even deliver good quality bubble tea.Please.... try to compare your product with competitor and really see the difference. I would like to continue supporting your business and would looooove to help you grow it but you need to seriously improve the quality.This is the milk foam I bought today.... As soon as I saw it I already told the staff it doesnt look right, where if the milk foam and look like there is not enough milk. I was told there was foam and it just 'melted'.... spent $15 on something I could have thoroughly enjoyed and yet here I am trying to reach out to the business because of my frustration...I hope your products improve before it's too late and word of mouth runs over the town.

Absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff!! I did not catch the lady's name but she was extremely friendly. I'm Glad to have a great bubble tea location, definitely best around the local areas. I Got the mango smoothie, a brown sugar oatmilk tea as well orignal croffle and a creme brûlée croffle. I love that you can adjust how much ice and how much sweetness that goes into the bubble tea, I will defintely be going back!! I didn't take photo's of the croffle as they didn't last the ride home.
