God this is ridiculous. Placed an order with Skip over an hour and a half now. Still no confirmation of the order or delivery. Never again. Worse possible customer service. The restaurant won't respond to skip for over an hour. Order was cancelled what a waste of time. I guess they don't need peoples money.

Really good pizza I always loved capri. But guys, you really need to get on your dip game. Nobody wants Heinz dip, it sucks. real garlic dip and youde be a 5 star pizza joint.

The pizza is terrific, one of my favourites. I do order between Capri and OG however will be moving my orders permanently to OG moving forward since my last five orders from Capri has had something wrong. I can deal with getting regular pop instead of diet; I can deal with not getting the ranch I ordered with my mozzarella sticks however of the last five orders I asked specifically for no onions on the garden salad. The girl even repeated the order back to me. As I have an extreme intolerance to onions the salads are wasted. I have no issue paying for what I get, and I tip the drivers very well. However, I will be moving my delivery pizza orders to OG Pizza permanently.

Capri pizza has the best gluten free pizza in the whole world. I was diagnosed with celiac at a young age and I've always missed having pizza that doesn't taste dry or starchy while having a good crust. If your gluten free and looking for a good gluten free pizza Capri Pizza is the place to order from. 100/10 Stars.

After 3 orders over the last two months having errors, last week I finally said something. I understand it's busy, everyone is stressed, stuff happens. However, the last order we had a missing topping (not a big deal) but our Greek salad was literally head lettuce and feta. I called to explain and was told on our next order they would replace the salad and give 3 dollars off for the missed topping. Tonight we thought, one more time. Again the order was wrong. When I called I was told that I was wrong and that was what I had ordered. I was repeatedly read back the toppings and made to feel like a liar. I just have to say, a Hawaiian pizza has pineapple and this was left off the Hawaiian. I told the manager I did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me as he was clearly frustrated and raising his voice. I said that I would gladly put my husband on since he was the person who ordered. I was told good put your husband on. He told him the same thing in a very rude tone and said fine we will make a new one and send it out, even though we were wrong. I get it, the pandemic has made people short of patience. However, after a long week of work and taking care of two ill children, who thankfully finally felt better, all I was looking forward to was an easy stress free supper. A sorry would have done. I don't know what has happened to people during the pandemic but the lack of responsibility, quality and compassion on some people's part is unacceptable. I will never order from here again. Shame on you. No one deserves to be talked to like that, you have no idea what they are already dealing with.

If you're from out of town, do yourself a favor and order a queen size (bacon, pepperoni, mushroom greens) to take home. I always do.
