Definitely DO NOT BRING ANY OF YOUR GARMENTS HERE. They lost a pair of pants on mine that were gifted to me and they claimed that they were picked up on the 21st of December and then when I asked the older Muslim lady can you show me a picture she said I’m sorry we can’t show you anything regarding pick ups ? So how do I know they didn’t just take my pant and re sell it or give it to there family as a gift? When I called to verify if it was ready before I went in to discover the pant was “missing” she asked for my name and number and brushed it off and said don’t call unless you have an invoice number I don’t see nothing here under that name and number, but then when I went in she found my name and number but not my garment? ONCE AGAIN DO NOT BOTHER BRINGING ANYTHING HERE, PLEASE CHECK OTHER REVIEWS ON LONG BRANCH CLEANERS. I AM ONE OF MANY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

We've always had a positive experience here. They're pleasant, our clothes come out clean and in a timely manner. My husband left his sunglasses there about a month ago and the owner remembered him and returned them the next time he was in! They also have done a number of last-minute alterations for me without any hassle. Our dry cleaner of choice!

Sewed sweater quick did a good job great price

Worst experience in my life. How they run their business in Canada is disrespectful and fraudulent. I was shocked at how I was treated, but after reading other comments, I found that I am not the only person with such a horrible experience, but probably not the last one. They will be nice to you until you pay the whole amount of money in advance, after that they don't care what happens to your cloth and would not take responsibility for a bad result. They ruined my husband's new warm jacket. I brought it for the first dry cleaning to them as a jacket had a few fresh stains, and the lady, who is probably the owner of this place, checked the jacket and said that they would clean it nicely. As per her request, I paid the whole amount for their service in advance and took a receipt. When I came to pick up my husband's jacket, an older lady, probably the owner's mother, returned me a jacket. When I checked the jacket in front of her, I found that not only were those stains not cleaned, but also that the inner lining of the jacket was damaged into separate parts and ceased to be fluffy. When I started to express my dissatisfaction, she began to laugh at me, saying that I could not prove anything; even more, she somehow tried to accuse me of damaging the jacket. I was shocked by such a rude and offensive attitude. I refused to take this jacket home, took my receipt back and said that I wanted to talk to the owner, the lady who was there on the first day and who took the order, about this situation and such shameful customer service. When I came to this horrible place the next day, both of them were there, and this hell for me started all over again. I told her that the jacket was not cheap, and after their improper cleaning, I would need to throw it in the trash. But the owner said that she does not care about it too, that she does not know what happened to the jacket, that she will not take any responsibility for it, and if I want I can call the jacket manufacturer and complain to them!!! Can you imagine it?! Even when I asked them to return the money I paid them for that horrible service, they refused to do it. They laughed at me, threw the jacket in my face and said that I simply could stop using their services. I hope that there are services that check the work of such places and should teach them responsibility for their humiliating words and actions. So, please save your money, nerves and clothes and avoid this irresponsible and horrible place called The Long Branch Cleaners.

Update: The owner took the responsibility and re-cleaned the 2 blazers for free, the smell is not completely gone but way better so I’ve changed my rating to 3 stars since she at least tried with a good will.Unfortunately I picked this location to get my 2 blazers and 1 canada goose jacket dry cleaned and paid $72 for 3 items. The only reason I needed a dry cleaning for my items were the sweat smell as I'm a live performer and I have to put those suits on every single show. When I unpacked the blazers, the smell was completely still there, completely! Before I wrote this review, I wanted to give a call and see if they somehow forgot to clean the blazers (Which might happen, we all are human beings) the lady on the phone extremely unprofessionally and disrespectfully didn't want toanswer any of my questions and then hung upon me the moment she couldn't resist. I rarely write bad reviews cuz I don't want to damage no one's business nor wish evil on anyone but this unprofessional attitude shouldn't be in our society. Don't ever bother yourself to use this location. Shame on you Long Branch Cleaners!

First visit was my last. The older lady in glasses is so rude and unprofessional that I just took all my shirts and left right away. I don't have to deal with this kind of attitude for my own money. Good luck to the owner!

Destroyed my $1000 jacket and didn’t even return it clean. Lovely ppl I’m sure but not a great service unfortunately. Very unfortunate as they are right there and supporting community business is important but if you want your items returned clean and not damaged I would recommend going else where.

My first and last time here. I brought two winter jackets and a shirt for dry cleaning - they did a meh job on the jackets and ruined my shirt. My jackets smell worn and not at all fresh. My shirt which has white ruffle on a black body (image) is totally ruined because the black got on the white giving the ruffle a dirtly look - which is not supposed to happen with dry cleaning. Did they put it in the washing machine? Too bad, will never go back even thoug they are only a few steps from my house.While I was there the first time, a customer came in complaining that there is blood on his blanket (??). They just took it back for another clean - is this stuff normal?!

Destroyed my close. Disgusting service. Old lady is always rude. When you told that your close is damaged she laughed and told that she don't care. Worst service I ever had in Canada. Please read all comments and you will find that happens all the time. I don't recommend this place at all. Save your stuff and go to another place
