Best supervisors ever, friendly staff

I am the Operation Manager of Square1 Staffing Solutions, Dundas Street Mississauga. I met with Heren Solanki, HR, in person. He required 50 people like forklift operators and general labour. We send them about 10 people and all of them were rejected without their proper interview. The applicants told us that they are playing with you and getting personal details of the candidates and may be later they will contact them on private level. We as a staffing company alert other staffing companies to beware of this person. I personally request to the higher management of this group to investigate this matter on top priority basis.Thanks
