DO NOT BUY their products!!! No warranties at all! If anything happens, that’s your fault, not theirs. I bought a non stick wok which cost $200 just 5 months ago, now the coating fell off. I used lots of nonstick wok before, I understand the coating will eventually fall off, I also know how to use a nonstick wok. But I never seen this kind of TERRIBLE QUALITY before!!!!! Worse than a $20 pan I got from grocery stores. When I went to this store asking for a warranty care, the Korean woman, who had trouble to read my order details, immediately knew my wok has overheated problem without a glance. :) I don’t know how could she do that but she did. She was so rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Unbelievable ridiculous Zwilling wok- for one time use only, and poor customer support.

Coming to look for a gift, now they have moved to different location upstairs. Very clean beautiful setting. the only thing I want to point out is some items they didn't put a price on, so i need to move the box around to look for a price. It would be nice they put price tags on all the products during covid, so we we don't need to do a lot of unnecessary touching the products while the staffs were busy.

Finally went in and was wowed by the products they had. I was impressed to see some small wares that would make kitchen life much easier. The display of knives is awesome and they have some professional types on hand. We picked up a block set made in Spain so I hope they work well when we get home. Not sure why they have the the same Zwilling brand of knives made in a number of countries.We will be back for more.

Amazing produts! Great customer service! I have been used Henckels knives for 30 years, love it. All of their knives are fully life time guaranteed, one of my 20 years old knife had a Crack in the handle area, I took it back to the store, and they replaced another brand new knife for me. Wow, I didn't think it would be covered under the warranty, but yes, it is, Henckels stand for their products. I've never buy any other products.

I've visited this location multiple times and the staff are always helpful. I've enjoyed using my French oven and cutlery set. Zwilling is my go-to for 18/10 stainless steel which doesn't rust. They regularly have sales.My advice to anyone concerned about quality: do your own research, read the care manuals, and read the warranty terms and conditions.

The staff at the Markville Mall location are fantastic! The sales Rep that stood out and cashed me out was Connie.Zwilling was having an open box sale recently and as we entered the store, the team told us to ask them if we had any questions about what was priced what-- at first I thought oh we'll be okay!" and when I stumbled across some amazing deals

The staff might think you don’t deserve their product!My staub cracked 2 months after I bought it from this store. I need a replacement for cooking so I brought it into the store for the next step.Some staff came with a inpatient face and ask me what? When I show the pot, it looks like they don’t believe their pot is broken. After long explaining where it breaks, the staff began to challenge it is not maintained or handled properly…. And it is NOT in their warranty. There is not a word how they could help even after I ask if that is it.All I want is a replacement and suggestions for the next pot. It is a disappointing experience and I had to walk away.

The lifetime warranty is a huge LIE. They try to find a ridiculous excuse to not use the warranty. I have bought a cookware set 2 years ago and now all the inner coat is gone and badly damages. They just told me you used high heat and that’s why your set is damaged and it is not covered by the warranty. I was expecting more of this big and famous company. SO DISAPPOINTING. Do not waste your money on this irresponsible company.

I had the most amazing experience today at this store !!! Jacky & Morgan were super helpful and no pressure. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality knives as I bought today. I even got an amazing deal.
