I recently used Joel for a structural review of engineering drawings for a new build. As it was my first time, Joel was extremely helpful walking me through the review process and prompted me with additional considerations to future-proof my house. He was also very responsive on phone and email which I appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

I used Eternity Engineering (EE) on a recent job located downtown Toronto. EE provided consulting, drafting and engineering site support to our job. My experience was that Joel was very responsive, adaptable to our needs and well experienced in common construction techniques. As a contractor I found it easy to work with EE. I would not hesitate to use for the next job.

I had a really great experience with Joel's services. We recently purchased our home and planning to do several projects varying in complexity. Joel came for the initial review, and gave me enough information right away so i can start contacting different contractors for estimations. He came up with some creative and simple solutions for something which i thought would be more complicated.
