Working with Alex was transformative. Through his Tantra coaching I was able to find teachings and mediations that have profoundly improved my connection to my body and given me another tool to calm my mind and nervous system. Through the somatic work I've also been able to find a new level of pleasure which has allowed me to stop continually searching for external sources to fill that need.

Alex Campbell Coaching - Tantra and Ontological coaching
I participated in three coaching sessions with Alex while he prepped for his certification in early 2021. He provided me with incredibly helpful direction, focus, and insight. Alex was professional, and brought great energy to our meetings. In the end, it was determined at Alex's suggestion, that while we could see our coaching sessions through to a meaningful goal, counselling would be a better course of action for me in the short term. I took him up on his recommendation, and I couldn't be happier for it. I look forward to working with Alex again.
