Listen and believe your gut instinct about their agents professionalism! One of their agent turned my parents's flight experience into a nightmare by not informing us about connecting flight that is not being operated by an airlines. I have been asking for a clarification, but no luck till date.

This is the worst experience with any travel in the world. My Brother stuck in India and onkar travels even didn't responding on their calls. I strongly unrecognised this travel.

Worst experience. My husband is just struggling to fix his return ticket from India.They don’t respond calls. Never never going to recommend them. My husband is in India bcz of his brothers demise and under mental stress .They don’t even understand the sensitivity of situation

I have traveled to India 4 times .. and I always have increased my stay.. they update my ticket with just one call.. best service ..

My father had booked a package with this travel agency. However, upon arrival at the airport, he found out his flight information was completely wrong. The agent received the new flight information a week prior but did not provide it until he was already at the airport. He had to go to a whole different terminal.His response: I forgot to provide you the new details"Harish Sharma was the travel agent which caused this issue. This is fraudulent practices.What a joke of a company."

I like their work. Not only work but their behaviour is really very good. I recommend this office for all notry and travel works☺️

My uncle is stuck in India and the person is not responding... extremely poor service and show unethical behavior towards work. It's almost 3 days and no response from the responsible person.

One of the worst experiences in customer service I have ever had in my life. My grandmother is in India during the COVID lockdown and this agency tried to charge additional fares to reschedule her cancelled flight even though Air Canada had insisted that was against their policy. I spoke with Harry, who was so disgustingly unprofessional - he repeatedly yelled and even swore at me. I'm not sure what grounds or morals this company stands on but they've definitely lost my respect and future business. I urge everyone to take your business elsewhere - this agency clearly just wants to cash in on the pain and suffering of others during a global pandemic.

Bad service. Don’t trust them . i wasted 3 months ( they keep my passport with them & never submitted to government for update ) .
