I bought a phone charger for my car. An hour later, after I had found a charger that suited my needs better from somewhere else, I tried to return the sealed product with the receipt. They refused to return the item. A week later when I returned to see if they could credit it towards my Videotron account they also refused. At no time was I told or was any indication that items were non refundable; whether on signage or on the receipt or during the sale. Now I'm stuck with a product that I won't use. I guess Videotron really needs that 35$ more than I do. Terrible experience. Won't be returning there.

One of the last few places that will rent games. Other than that not much to say, lots of movies, plenty of games. Don't get confused with the microplay that's inside the same location, they don't rent they only sell games, the rentable games are not inside the microplay location.

There's just something nostalgic about walking into a movie store. I'm glad these guys are still open, my kids can still experience actually going to the store, renting a movie, grabbing some popcorn and coming home to watch it.

Honestly, do yourself the favour and go to the one in the mall. I came here, twice in 2 days, and both times the employees tried to send me to another store or found some way to not work. It was actually quiet pathetic.

I brought in rental equipment no longer needed. Most would have thought that if they experienced what I did; it would be a complicated one. Sadly my father passed 2 months ago and his account needed to be closed. I was not legally able to take care of that matter, but since all the paperwork had previously been done; all I needed to do was show up. The agent was very courteous and sympathetic. She took the equipment, entered the serial number and the account showed all was in order. No waiting and everything took about 5 minutes. She handed me a receipt for my files and wished me a good evening.

Very good customer service. Also, the large movie inventory give's everybody a choice no matter which kind they préfet to watch.( comedy, action, horror.... )On top of that, there's a little indépendant shop where you can either rent or buy video games of all kind.

Videotron won't honour my cellphone's extended warranty. Their sales agent claimed my phone had a software issue. Instead of replacing my phone through their extended warranty, their overeager sales agent pressured me into buying a new phone. My phone came back to life this morning. Now, they won't let me return the new phone. What a bunch of crooks!

Excellent COVID19 measures in place. Friendly and helpful staff. Mostly bilingual. Overall a good experience. Don't go if it's raining unless you have an umbrella because the line to wait is outside.
