Rob provided an honest and thorough service, both at the time of the quote as well as during the installation. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work and all of our interactions.

Bar none - the absolute most unprofessional, disastrous experience using any trade that I’ve ever encountered. We hired this guy to install 13 windows and he had come at the recommendation of Jeld-Wen; what an absolute nightmare. From his scheduling delays over the course of 6 months + and then backing out last minute after breaking two panes of glass on his first attempt, taping it with glass tape and then denying his team had shattered our windows before backing out, I wouldn’t let this hack pay me to enter my home again and try to fix what he had broken.The only saving grace is the contractor he recommended, who got the job done in 4 weeks not 6 months, and who identified various areas where his team had also damaged the outer metal frame by trying to pry them apart unsuccessfully. Our new contractor also told us that Rob talked smack about us to him…as unprofessional as they come.I’m telling you, this guy is going to hate me for this review, but he deserves every word. He should not be working on homes. Period. Do not make the mistake we did and have to pay for damages he refuses to acknowledge that he caused.Oh, and one last thing. He also tried to make us feel bad for not being grateful that he didn’t charge us for the days he called off last minute (2 times) because HIS equipment wasn’t working or available.If this company were even part of the BBB I would have filed a complaint.
