TerraFirma Foundation Systems

I will make this brief as I could write pages on this. I had contact with TerraFirma on 3 occassions during the purchase of a house. I found them to be untruthful, sell an elderly couple services they did not need (for exorbitant prices), and finally not correctly install all of the items they sold. The salesmen are purely salesmen - they are not engineers or experts. They sell what is best for TerraFirma - not the customer.After the first contact TerraFirma told the elderly owners everything looked great under the house and TerraFirma would come back and do some adjustments/repairs for free. The home inspector had given us pictures, so we knew things didn't look great". When TerraFirma came back they wanted over $13K for the "free" repairs.I do not blame the employees as I think the problem originates with the ethics of the owner and upper management. I would urge anyone living in the Medford area to use local companies for any foundation issues (TerraFirma is not local

Our experience with TerraFirma was excellent. Timely estimate, plenty of contact leading up to the job from the project coordinator, Jessika. The day of the job they showed up on time, Luis, the foreman, was communicative and supervised throughout. Though 2 days were scheduled for the work, they stayed a bit long and finished the job in 1 day.

Just a fabulous company! Work really good from beginning to end. Have no idea how RamJackAss stays in business.

Recently I had an issue with my sump pump. It was making an incredibly loud high pitched noise.They sent out a tech named Zeck. He was all the way in Vancouver(2hrs from my house) He was prompt(even kept me updated on his eta) He was very efficient.Very professional and friendly. The problem was taken care of quickly. Thank goodness for Zeck! He turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant , short-lived malfunction.

Skylar and Johnny were at my place two days lifting concrete. They did an excellent job. Very professional, answered my questions, and left everything looking very good and neat. I would highly recommend them

Professional service from permitting to onsite work performance. Congenial personnel all around. Actual cost came in significantly under the initial bid after work start reevaluation. I’m very satisfied with the result of using push piers to stabilize the foundation and poly foam to further stabilize the floor and fill in gaps and voids. TerraFirma was quick and efficient and made a significant effort to work with my job schedule. I would use them again and won’t hesitate to recommend to others.

The entire Team at TerraFirma was exceptional and helped us with our foundation needs. Helical (push) piers were installed many years ago to level my house foundation from the back of the house. I was happy with the work until my house started sagging in the middle a year later. After posts were installed under the middle, TerraFirma was hired to put in four helical piers in the front foundation, and my home is now perfectly level. An associated plumbing issue was paid for by TerraFirma, and that is very appreciated.

TerraFirma is the best. The corner of our older home where the fireplace is located had settled quite a bit. These folks came in, reinforced the area, built supports and were able to raise the corner as if it never happened. I was kept informed of everything being done. Once the job was completeled, they did a follow up inspection to verify it was done correctly and the site cleaned up properly. Amber, our project manager, was absolutely fantastic. Actually, everyone who worked with us was amazing. The crew who came out was friendly, and worked as a great team. I am confident the job was done by the best professionals. If you have any foundation, subfloor or basement problems, these are your go-to guys to have it done once and done right. Thank you, TerraFirma!

The initial evaluation was thorough and professional. Soil had over the years disappeared from under our concrete patio, so we selected the option of using poly level foam to replace the missing soil support the patio.All went well and the work was done in 4 hours. My only complaint would be that the job was expected to take 2 days and the original estimate reflected that. The company still charged me the original price which in my mind was at least twice what we should have paid. An estimate is exactly that so the job may have taken more or less time, but to be off by a factor of 2, 3 or maybe even 4 times means that the person doing the estimate is not doing a good job.
