Extremely affordable and good quality products! #LetsGuideAfter a year, the products are the same quality but customer service has changed. I walked in the store and said “hi” to a couple of the staff standing around and I didn’t get any response. It used to be a place where you could have a good conversation with the staff but not today (Saturday, January 4 @12:45).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Guided me on what I wanted. I always love The Ordinary products because they are very affordable and have a good price point. I love all their serums. I purchased the coverage foundation and the staff helped me find my match.

Really interesting cosmetic store! The decor and layout is minimal and aesthetically pleasing. The products are really interesting and high quality. Employees are kind and super helpful. You can find something for anyone here. We purchased the ordinary face wash and it's been working well for us. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their skincare routine and or looking for quality cosmetics.

Staff ignored me when I walked in, told me the wrong price when paying and I had to correct her, and stood in the middle of the store gossiping. Gave no assistance, did not offer to cash me out, and I had to ask them to cash me out at the cash register. Completely unprofessional, several staff just stood in the middle of the store gossiping together and ignoring me and other customers. Will not be returning.

Went in today with 0 intentions of making a purchase. I was immediately greeted and attended to by this sweet employee - sadly I don’t remember her name. I explained my skin problems and she herself could relate and was able to give me accurate advice. I left the store with 4 new products. Super affordable and the customer service was amazing. 100% would go back to this location!
