I wish there was an email address here. A few times I go to pay storage fee and no one there.

RENTERS BEWARE!! I rented off this company and they have rental properties that are in the worst conditions ever. Example, fences that need to be replaced, shingles that have run its course, I could go on.

Office ladies are fantastic

These people are unreliable untrustworthy uncoordinated, I've attempted to rent from them for months with no progress to make, and the housing is horrible, extremely bad conditions and customer rep is horrible as well, these people changed their number in the middle of me trying to do business with them about their properties.

If there had been a zero rating I would have chosen it. We spent an hour and a half today locked in to their storage facility. There were 6 of us in 4 vehicles. We arrived about 5 and their staff left shortly after. It took us about an hour to unload. Then when we were ready to leave we were unable to exit because the key code we were given was not activated. First they need to update their emergency contact number so it is Not the same as their office number. So unable to get a response we called the police who said they would find us a staff person to come to our aide. After 30min when no help arrived we called back and the police acknowleged they too were having trouble locating staff. An hour later a female staff member arrived. Not one word of apology or ackowlegement of her error. She needs to take a remedial class in basic business people skills". She does not reflect well on this business!!"

Have rented off them and been given work through them to help me out ,Not only have they been EXTREMLY. Leniant and awesome with me during some very tough times they made me feel like a person not just a tennant and ya sure their are some properties that could use some work and them properties have someone who is working on them and any other work orders submitted by the Tennant's but whenever something is brought to their attention it is addressed Rite away and as for staff not being available after hours...well mabie people should come during buisness hours I know I wouldn't like to constantly have to run out or answer phones after I just worked all day
