I had been going to this dentist my whole life. They have been great with me and my family. The only reason I don't go anymore, is because I moved.

Well, it would be zero stars if possible.Monica Dale has ruined my teeth and has caused pain for the past 6-7 years.Today my tooth just shattered in my mouth again! No dentist has been able to repair the damage and thousands I’ve spent due to this dentist. I can’t afford to pull my teeth and replace them with new ones. But thanks to this dentist I will suffer my whole life!

I have always had a severe case of anxiety before going to the dentist. Overall a positive experience. Been going to this dental clinic for a few years now. Everyone is really nice and welcoming. I appreciate being able to book my next cleaning appointment in advance. Love Dr. Bot!

I’m so disappointed l took my children to Monica years ago as our dentist moved to Bowmanville she did extensive work on my daughters teeth. Both girls have had nothing but issues with their teeth ever since and now need corrective work done. I would not recommend this dentist.

I won’t be back. Egregiously over-billing for scaling followed with an obvious PHIPA violation.December 5th appointment for recall scaling officially started 11:15am. Scaling did not begin until closer to 11:20am. Was back at reception shortly after 11:45am, and in my car before 11:50am. Somehow billed for 2.5 units (37.5 minutes).I repeatedly told the office and hygienists over the past year that I only have insurance coverage for 6 units of scaling each calendar year. Repeatedly over-billed meant I had to pay $100 out of pocket.Later shared my private health information with my parent (a former employee too!) They were not authorized to do so! Pretty clear PHIPA violation.Enjoy your retirement, Monica. I won’t be back.

Been going to this dentist for almost 20 years . Driving from Barrie , Gilford .... Got a phone call the day of a app asking if I could come earlier . Apparently someone more important needed work done ✅I said sure , driving from Barrie on a Saturday .... needless to say I’m a little late less than 20 minutes from the app time .I get there , I get a snarky response and a “would you like to book another appointment “?I’ll never go back there again . Jerks . Haven’t been to a dentist since . You guys suck.
