Referred by family doctor to them for a procedure. Believe it or not, they contacted me after 4 months to book an appointment in another 3 months!!! so 7 months to book an appointment. We had to go out of country to get the test done. Poor service. Calling for government to interfere and stop this non sense. Someone must stop their rude receptionists too.

Dr is fantastic. But very poor unprofessional receptionist.I had my appointment cancelled on me and rescheduled to a time that I was not available. When I called to reschedule, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. I refused to pay since I was never the one who cancelled in the first place. The receptionist did what I asked, but as I asked to reschedule she cut me off mid way and hung up the phone? She said “ok you want to cancel? Here it’s cancelled” then I heard a beep from the line which meant she hung up.I’ve personally worked in customer service for 10+ years so I know what it feels like in this field. So I made sure to not be disrespectful but also stand my ground. And yet the behaviour from the receptionist was very poor, disrespectful and unacceptable. I won’t be bringing it up to the doctor so I thought I’d leave a review. She needs to get retrained because she is reflecting very poorly as a representative of the clinic.

I had a gastroscopy done about a month ago. Minimal wait time as I was the first at 830am that day. The admin staff and the nurses are very kind and caring. If you drive there, make sure you inform them your license plate no. for free parking when you check in. They put me to sleep for about 30 mins. Didn't feel a thing after I woke up. Next, Dr. Chaklader sent me to get an ultrasound examination on my abdomen at another clinic.I had a follow up call with Dr. Chaklader about a month after. She reviewed with me the biopsy and ultrasound results. She was very patient and willing to answer many questions of mine. She even gave me additional prescriptions over the phone and scheduled another call in 6 months. I am happy with the experience overall. God bless!

The secretary is too rude, She usually doesn’t answer phone calls. Her behavior is not respectful at all and she easily offends patients

Dr Ali Hazrati is one of the best doctorEver I have seen it in Canada.He is very knowledgeable, well-educated, polite and friendly.I could give 100 stars to himIf there was an option.You will never regret seeing him.Wish him long life and more success in medicine field.Regards,Ansari.

Dr Amin Azadeh is the best and very nice but that was terrible experience with front desk team. they won’t help you at all and you are not important for them.We beg them to get some information before the surgery and they only said we are busy and we will call you and they never did!! Imagine this! You have surgery tomorrow but you don’t know where to go,what to do and it’s too much stress for a patient
