Not from lethbridge but was strolling through the mall and came across your pop up. I loved every scent. Purchased a gift for my daughter. So excited to come back and shop some more. This is big city boutique vibes in a little shop. I had a hard time deciding on a scent because they were all AMAZING! Love spritzing on my Beth in the morning! And lighting my It’s the Little Things! Great burn time. Perfect scent! Congratulations on the new store in the mall! See you soon!!!

Ebony & Ivory candles are THE BEST! The scents are amazing, unique and fill a room! They are hand crafted in canada, they use phthalate free fragrance oils and 100% soy wax making them sustainable and earth friendly which is something I personally looked for when shopping for candles. Brianne is such a relatable gal, has such a creative soul and is overall such a beautiful person inside and out. She puts her all into her business, so you know each candle is made with love! ❤️ Thank you for making my home smell so lovely!

Ebony and Ivory has the most AMAZING candles. They burn so cleanly, have tons of throw and smell exactly like their description. I often make a few orders per year because they offer such fabulous seasonal scents! I love their fall collection the most. Shipping is fast (and free over $120 with a code on their site!). I’ve had nothing but good experiences and will continue to buy and support on Instagram. If you haven’t tried the candles yet, give them a whirl. Cannot recommend enough!

The bag broke (not the first time it's happened) and my candle I just bought today fell through the bag, onto the road and broke. Honestly made me want to cry. Glad I didn't buy two candles. I don't think I'll be shopping from here again unfortunately. I'm sure the candle would have been nice.EDIT: Brianne replied to me and said that she would offer a replacement! Very promptly as well. I appreciate that a lot.

Love love love the smell of Cozy Cottage whether from a candle or the diffuser. Use it all year long. Candles burn right to the bottom. No wasted wax left around the jar. Diffuser packaging itself is beautiful. Everything arrives as ordered!

I was helped in store today by Breanne who was LOVELY. this was my first time in store and first time purchasing from E&I. I came in with a specific scent I wanted to purchase and Breanne knew exactly where it was, showed me the sizing options, and asked me what other kinds of scents I like. I told her I liked earthy, woody scents and she had many great recommendations for me. She brought candles from all over the store to let me smell and I felt like she really cared that I left with candles i would enjoy. She didn’t just care about ‘getting the sale’. What a beautiful store and what a wonderful first-time-customer experience! I will be back!

I’ve heard of Ebony & Ivory Candle Co. for a while, but have never been able to stop by in store or purchase online. When I heard that they had a kiosk in Park Place Mall during the holidays, I went and shopped till I dropped. I’ve purchased candles for myself and my sister, and I have no regrets! I will continue to support yet another local business. Keep up the good work!!

I have been exclusively buying my candles from here for a few years and I haven’t met a candle I don’t like! I appreciate that they are soy and burn cleanly. It’s from a small business and the candles are carefully curated.
