Pilates MN is an awesome Pilates studio! They have vast knowledge across an experienced staff, and they can help you become the athlete you never thought possible no matter your background or your age. If you are recovering from a back injury, cancer, or joint issues (I had all), they can help you recover and get stronger. Within a year, you will have reduced your pain and be doing more than you ever thought possible. Within two, you will be saying, I am an athlete. Everyone is welcome here.

This review couldn’t have better timing. I attend MN Pilates 5 months a year (for the past five years) and 7 months in Florida. Over the last few years I have tried 5 different studios in FL not one of them come close to MNP. They all lack in the personal touch and the smoothness of the class flow. MNP has me spoiled, as they lack nothing!

PilatesMN offers excellent instruction at all class levels. Many of the teachers are physical therapists so they address individual needs. Highly recommend this staff for helping you heal from an injury or surgery. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional and fun.

Outstanding studio! Every instructor has a wealth of knowledge and education. All of them explain the movements in detail for those who prefer not to watch an instructor, but to keep eyes closed and concentrate on body alignment. I have lower back issues and my doc said Pilates was the best exercise for me. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and willing to adjust a movement to accommodate any physical limitations!

Well designed flow of classes, Good trainers, Friendly environment, all these kept me continually taking weekly classes for almost a year now; I heard about many other members have been here for years, like two ladies in my class for 10 years already.Now it’s early November, I have booked my classes through out to April 2023 already. :-)

New to the area, I was looking for a Pilates Studio that provided a variety of classes with educated, professional trainers. Pilates MN is all that and more. The studio is well run, offers great equipment and a friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The staff at Pilates Mn are very knowledgeable and consider their clients needs ahead of anything else. A fun place to do Pilates and their new studio is wonderful.
