very professional and excellent customer service! we needed an engraving on 6 metal straws for a project, despite the small size of the work surface, Frank did a masterful job engraving the straws all the while giving us progress reports while we waited. 10/10 would recommend.

Sahara Studios is the place to be for ALL engraving needs. Frank (the owner of the shop) is unbelievable. He went out of his way for me x100 to make sure I was happy and satisfied even after picking up my bottle. He customized a really high end bottle of tequila and it made it look authentic. One year ago Frank was the third engraving shop I had called to engrave an unusual item for my wife...her favourite fork. Unlike the first two who told me this was impossible, Frank not only told me he could do it, but rearranged his whole schedule to fit me into an exceptionally busy day. I have never in my life met anyone who loves his job as much as Frank loves his job. I was treated like family. Frank walked me though how engraving machines work and why his shop was special. He took delight in showing me all of the weird and wonderful things that Frank had engraved. He keeps a scrapbook filled with his favourite memories in his back office and was proud to show it to me. I am happy to say that the engraving you did for my wife a year ago looks as good today as it did at the start despite daily use. Thank you for making her favourite fork mine as well.

I came in for a wood engraving with a simple design in mind thinking that a more complicated but nicer one would not be possible however Frank took the time to get exactly what I wanted and the end result was fantastic, my husband loved his present!Frank and his wife are absolutely wonderful and lovely people. There’s a reason this place only has 5 star reviews, their customer service is beyond superb and I will be coming back for all my engraving needs!

Frank from Sahara Studios was great right from the beginning. What appears to be a one man show, Frank is fast to respond to email and calls. Upon visiting his shop, he is incredibly friendly, accommodating and willing to do what it takes to keep the customer happy. Frank was accountable for his work and followed up with me regularly. I live in the West Island and called a few engravers closer to home who would not entertain engraving a marble mortar and pestle.
