literally so delicous. I got the chicken cutlet bento box with rice. BEST JAPANESE FOOD EVER. it was so good and the chicken was so crispy. and the sushi was very splendid. will be coming here again.

I got porkatsu ramen with baby Octo salad. Unfortunately the baby a to salad was sesame seed oil based and the 2 flavored didn't mix well in my opinion. But the experience was worth it. The ramen was amazing, I think they added bbq sauce for the Tonkatsu to Americanize" the dish lol. I didn't use the sauce

If your craving for a Bento then this is a good place to go. Ramen I ordered was disappointing. The broth doesn't taste like Ramen at all. More like a salted Laksa noodle with pork tonkatsu.

I truly enjoy eating at Su & Shi from the customer service I get there. Most of the time with my food orders it’s Simran on cash, she always makes my visit there highly enjoyable.She’s very genuine, nice, and extremely patient with the customer, she also recognizes the customer that every time I visit there she has my name memorized, sometimes I only go there just to say hi to her for how nice and friendly she is.Overall, Su & Shi serve good sushi with halal options and hires amazing people for customer service including Simran!!

Generally speaking, the sushi you would get from this place is good. My issue is the quality at times. One time, I got a sushi that actually contains fish scales, and had I swallowed that, it would’ve been stuck in my throat. A serious health hazard.Another issue I have is that every time I use my credit card to purchase my sushi, they keep prompting me for a tip. I don’t know how others would do it, but I generally pay tip only if the person has performed some considerable amount of service. But all they had to do in my case was scan my items, grab a drink in the back and that’s it. The machine keeps prompting for tip in that case.Also their water is way overpriced.

I have grabbed sushi from this location many times until today. I got a sushi that was old, soggy & unappetizing as well as a seaweed salad.I kinda asked the man to refund my money and he was very unpleasant to speak to with zero customer service skills. He explained it was indeed fresh and that he won’t be returning my money. Very disgusting and I pleased with this experience.It’s unfortunate that some employees can really ruin the brand.

This is my 3rd time having the katsu ramen here.For food court ramen the quality was decent but this time the noodles tasted like rice noodles instead of the regular yellow ramen noodles and they were extremely saggy (you can tell from the photos that the noodles did not look like ramen noodles)I went back to tell them how bad the noodles were and they told me its the right noodles with a different supplier.I'm giving 1 star not only because of the change in noodles but in addition how poorly the staff dealt with it.They should have offered me something else instead of insisting that my order was correct without taking any responsibility.

Definitely try the Pork Cutlet Bento Box and Salmon Bento Box if you visit!The Bento boxes will fill you up since it comes with an assortment of food. In addition to the main ingredient (in this case pork cutlet/salmon), you have a choice of rice or I think the second option was noodles (can't remember), and vegetables.There is also vegetable tempura (I love the yam tempura they give!) you can ask for the tempura sauce too, which heightens the flavour!It comes with California sushi rolls too, which was good!I recommend these two dishes for sure! You can't go wrong with a Bento Box for lunch or dinner!
