I am so happy we were able to get in here. This meal was possibly one of the best meals I have ever had! Our server was simply perfect! She guided us through our courses and helped us pick out the best wine I have ever tasted. She was warm and friendly and was part of the family by the end of the meal. The guinea fowl meatballs were so good and the rib steak for 2 was one of the best meals I have put in my body! This little gem off the beaten path is a must go when in Canada! We were also able to try the duck breast, which we were informed that the chef went to a farm to pick up the day before! It was absolutely heavenly!

Our first time visiting Nora Gray and we weren’t disappointed. If you’re unsure of what to get just go ahead and order them all. The pastas and rabbit were to die for. The ambiance and wine list are impressive and service was top notch as always at the Gray family of restaurants. Thank you, we will be back!

Visiting Nora Grey in a hip neighbourhood of Montreal was truly a delight! The quaint atmosphere adds to the charming ambience and kept us feeling relaxed throughout our meal. Every dish is cooked with fresh, seasonal ingredients - from the delicious pasta to the succulent scallops - it was hard not to be impressed by their drool-worthy menu. The staff are both attentive and kind, so all requests were sorted promptly and with plenty of smiles! And for all you wine lovers out there, Nora Grey's great selection of wines is sure to tantalise your taste buds. Overall, this hidden gem has been a joy for us and we'll certainly be back for more yummy Italian cuisine!

One of the best places I've been in Montréal. Food is amazing, atmosphere is second to none and custom drinks are to die for. Lexi is one of the best bartenders in Montreal. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff, menu and vino were perfect. We ordered two 1/2 sized pasta dishes since I couldn't make up my mind and one main. We had the parpedelle snow crab, Cappellacci dei briganti -braised lamb ragu, and sausage stuffed rabbit loin. My favourite was the lamb ragu, this pasta dish was on another level, so different yet so good. Every ingredient balanced the other which I enjoyed very much. They also have an extensive wine list and a cozy dining space. I highly suggest Nora Gray for an intimate evening out with friends or a special night with a loved one.

WOW! Simply WOW! This is a five-star experience that has nothing to do with all my other five star reviews (which were mostly about delivery). This was a truly high-cuisine experience combined with a discovery of interesting wines; I was reminded a bit of Bouillon Bilk.We had the lobster salad and the guinea fowl, both were absolutely stunning (and easy to digest!) The dessert was a wonderful mascarpone cake, enjoyed with dessert wines. In fact, we tasted four dessert wines and picked two. The one I drank was pure candy in the mouth, while my lady picked the dessert chardonnay which was more cerebral. Again, WOW!

Nora Grey did not disappoint! A few years back I had dinner here and was unimpressed.. food was salty and overdone. That said, friend convinced me to give it another try and wow just wow… still craving the pasta main! The appetizers were delicious, recommend the crudo; we both had the ravioli with peas ( so on point!) and both deserts were impeccable (the profiterole was flaky and melted in my mouth). The Sommelier was young but knowledgeable and recommended a great wine. I will be back - I guess it is worth it give a place a second try!

As we arrived, our table was not ready yet. But the bar was quick in preparing our Negronis which we enjoyed on the bench outside. Inside the restaurant, our table was a little too small and rather close to the neighbors. However, the service was good and food was delicious. They need to expand their Grappa collection! A little incident with the fire alarm from the kitchen happened that night. Nothing serious.

Everything we ordered were definitely very good, although some were a little underwhelming. Maybe I had set my expectations too high to start with. The pastas were cooked on points but the sauces flavour could be a little lacking. The rabbit was a little dry, and lacks some seasoning for my taste. In overall, we did enjoy our experience and did not regret trying but the food wasn’t mind blowing, and definitely erred on the more expensive range.

Very niche and hipster restaurant. Their specialty is with their homemade pasta. A bit expensive for the size and taste.
