Cat Nap Inn

My fully vaccinated cat boarded here for a 4-5 days after i had to go away last minute. He got very sick at this boarding facility. The staff changed their story 50 times about what happened. After thousands in vet bills from another vet, FVAH reimbursed us a small portion. I moved on, but decided i would always take him to his usual boarding facility which he loved. Now, i don't know what happened to my cat there during those 4-5 days... but he went from being a lovely sweet cat to scared, anxious and even aggressive (around strangers). My work involves occasional travel, and since boarding him here, it has become EXTREMELY difficult to board him anywhere because he is so scarred from this experience. I love my cat so so much, its so sad to see whatever happened to him has affected him this badly. More so, it would break my heart to see any other cat have to go through this.

Spooky loved his stay at the Cat Nap Inn! The staff paid close attention to him, making sure that he ate everyday and was comfortable with his surroundings. Spooky can be shy, but he really warmed up to the girls there. The facility is clean, and I love the classical music they play for the cats!The staff at the Cat Nap Inn gave me regular updates on how he was doing in the cabin room, and even text messages me pictures of Spooky so I could see him while I was away. We will definitely be going back to the Cat Nap Inn, and Spooky can't wait to try another vacation room!!

This is my regular vet I bring my cats to but its also where I bring them if I'm going away for more than a few days. My cats love the attention they receive from staff while staying here and they have a nice big space to themselves to feel comfortable in. I recommend this to anyone who needs to bring their cats somewhere!

Wonderful

Very pleased with the experience. Considering I was very nervous about how my cat would be. They answered all of my questions before hand and were very accommodating to her eating schedule and even let me bring my own brand of litter. The report card at the end was a great snap shot of her behaviors and when I went to pick up and the vet techs said she was so friendly - I was so happy and relieved! Apparently they are working on putting in a bird viewing area and fish bowls for those that can't enjoy the birds! Will happily take my cat back and recommend that you bring yours here too! She stayed for 6 nights and came home relaxed an peaceful :)

My cat boarder there for 9 night when i was traveling international. He stayed in the batchelor pad room located on the bottom floor of the facility, where its quiet. The vet clinic is located above it which is a bonus as my cat was vomiting and didn't wanna eat the last few days (He is better now).Since i was out of the country and dont have cell coverage i request that my cats update to be sent through email, they told me they send it every second day. The only advise is to make sure they put your email in correctly. They made a typo and i had to use someone elses phone to contact them to ask why i wasn't receiving any updates from them. The ladies were very helpful in correcting the mistake and told me they will resend the emails that didn't go through, also they told me he was doing great. However i still didn't get any emails, i called them again the next day to ask what was happening. The only emails i got from them was the second last day they notified me that the vet had to look at him cause he was vomiting and wasn't eating and the last day i finally received all the emails i was supposed to get through out those 9 nights. They were very kind and apologetic about the emails and did a follow up on him the next day when i picked him up.

My cats were pampered and well cared for. We will be back

Peter Macgregor and Fifi had a pampered vacation while their Grandparents were out of town. They loved it! The facility and staffare very nice and the home grown catnip is the best!
