I had a disappointing experience shopping at the store. Although most of the staff members were friendly, one particular lady with grey hair was very impolite. As customers, we value every dollar that we spend and expect the prices displayed on items to match at the checkout. However, when we noticed a discrepancy between the price tag we noticed and the actual price, my mother, who is still new to the country and doesn't speak English at all, was understandably confused. Unfortunately, the grey-haired lady was responded rudely, saying things loudly like 'I told you so.' As a customer, I'm wondering if the store is confident in the accuracy of its pricing. It's not uncommon for mistakes to happen, and it's not fair to treat customers, especially those who are new to the country, with such disrespect. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disappointing.

We stumbled in here by accident one day and were so pleased to find it. I've heard others compare it to Costco - which, I wouldn't say they're the same. First, you don't need to pay to shop there, and I would say the selection of items is a bit more specific here (ie, grocery and food business supplies only). We mostly go for bulk raw ingredients, like beans, rice, legumes, etc. We've recently started purchasing some produce here as we have found its excellent quality and is often competitively priced. If you are cautious and know your average pricing on certain staples (ie, milk, eggs, onions, etc) there are often good deals here. Be cautious though on frozen and meat products as I have found them to be higher than average on these items. I've also recently discovered their huge inventory of takeout containers which are great for potlucks and such at work. Not a big fan of needing $1 to use a cart, and also wish employees would not smoke directly in front of the entrance. Other than that, a good place to shop in bulk if you know what you're looking for and what a competitive price is.

A good place for shopping, very cheap prices, and very large quantities of everything, meat, vegetables, fruits, etc. Everything is available at excellent prices, but you must beware because it closes at 5 pm
