I had a disappointing experience at this salon and would not recommend it to anyone considering it as their first choice. Firstly, I found the pricing to be inconsistent, and the service was subpar. Secondly, I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the salon. During my appointment, Kate provided me with a haircut and highlights, but unfortunately, she seemed inexperienced and did not meet my expectations. The combs used during my appointment were also unclean, which raised concerns regarding their hygiene standards. Lastly, the reception charged me $88 for the services rendered, claiming there was a computer error. However, after a lengthy discussion, it became clear that the receptionist had misunderstood my request. Overall, I do not recommend this salon to anyone due to the unsatisfactory experience I had

My experience with this salon was superb. I've struggled historically to find a stylist who could manage my wavy texture, and was dreading finding a new one as I just moved to Hamilton. Angel listened carefully, and gave me an excellent angled bob (wet cut) with blonde highlights that shows off the texture beautifully. Also shout out to the gal who washed my hair and gave the best massage. So glad to find a great stylist, and the prices were absolutely reasonable for the service given.

We loved the salon very warm and welcoming. Masks were recommended making for a very comfortable experience. Our stylist Kaylee was excellent. My highlights were beautiful and gave my hair amazing depth. My haircut was just what I wanted and I love it. It doesn't get much better than that. I highly recommend Kaylee and Maison Fritz.

Love love love Maison Fritz! I’ve being going here for about 3 years now and every time I leave the salon I feel beautiful!! Brittany does my hair perfect every time! I usually get roots touched up, highlights and a cut. Some times I change the style, which ever the style I choose she always puts it to perfection!

I got my hair done by Christian, who is the owner and my hair turned out barely different. In the past, I got balayage and I felt like I got a new hairdo! This time, I got baby highlights which he suggested, paid $280 plus tip and there is barely a difference. People cant even tell I got my hair done. There is a contrast from the blonde and black. It’s not blended well. I called and they wanted to charge me $160 on top of the $280 so my hair could finally look like it was dyed.They knew I traveled from Toronto as well. They just said there’s 10 people on the waiting list and to get it done by someone else in Toronto.Maison fritz in Stoney Creek is much better.My worst nightmare of paying so much money too look no difference came true. Mind you, I saved up this money with time and get so excited every time. Such a let down to waste so much money.

Christian was very talented and confident. I was very pleased with the result ( root touch up and trim ) the blow drying was lovely . I went back the next week for a wash and blow dry because everyone commented how nice it was.
