Very poor experience here. Bought a picture frame here a week ago. It was missing the glass pane that protects your picture. Tried to exchange it for another one. I was told that they have a no return or refund policy and item which was damaged could not be placed back on shelf. I use to appreciate Dollaramma for many things but if they can't exchange broken merchandise, I'll spend my money at Walmart where it's appreciated...

The best one there is. Spacious, well stocked and friendly service most of the time. I enjoy browsing here. One year I got $200 worth of Halloween decorations... good ones! I also love buying the jars for organizing my pantry. The prices are going up thanks to the tariffs in the states and their economic war with China, but depending on the product it’s worth buying certain items.

Great, can literally by anything here, HUGE selection of almost anything you can think of. The store was really clean and extremely organized. It was a little busy when I went and the till took a little longer but thats expected when busy. 5*

Absolutely appalled by the workers in this store. Chatting in the isles while there is a line of 15 customers going through the store. Workers having masks down on their necks while they stock the shelves. Being asked by customers to put them up and barely covering their mouths with them, let alone their noses. Absolutely despicable. If you're worried about catching covid-19 do not come here.

The manager of the store was a rude lady. We asked for a mask before entering and she refused to give us mask and forced us to leave the store. I have never seen such a non professional misbehaviour from a store manager. Mask is something cheap and easy to access that every store must provide to the clients upon request. I hope they learn better customer service

Good product availability, bad social distancing and too many people allowed in at once and not spaced apart at checkout. Staff did wear masks.Edit, great product availability, good staff cleanliness protocols now! Thx

I don't know what their written procedure is but it seems the same with nearly all : 5 or more in a line with people on the floor but no one seems to be able to open another till. I have walked out and left $30 + worth because the line is too bloody long. If you want my money, I am not standing in line for 10 mins to give it to you. I work hard for it and I expect the same when I spend it. But there is always another to take my place in that line and they know that.

Starting to get pricey. We found the Dollar Tree outlets at $1.25 a better shopping experience. We have found all the Dollarama aisles much too long. Almost like taking a trip and not know where you are going.

Went here for the second time it's around my area was surprised to see how some Isles were cluttered with things it could be the fact that maybe they were restocking but then there was also some things that just were left on the ground would have loved to see staff pay attention a little more to the cleanliness. Lots of parking around as it's in a plaza and shares it's parking with other stores. Employees were nice and helpful.

This dollar store is very good. Lots of selection on cleaning supplies, food, craft, summer supplies and birthday supplies. However customers service today was not good. The cashier look like she didn't want to be there.
