Professional, friendly and helpful! We ran out of gas southbound on the 400 and call around. No one would come out since it was a long weekend and we were in an awkward spot of seemingly nowhere-land. Called Lohnes’ and they were quick to dispatch and send out a gentleman that came with gas and his new f350 to the rescue! I’d recommend them to anyone in the area! Thanks guys! Saved the day!

I called to have assistance, getting the work truck unstuck and out of the ditch. The vehicle was running and getting some traction but not enough to get out under it's own power. A set of chains on any vehicle would have been more than enough. So since I didnt have chains I called lohnes towing who was 5 minutes down the road. Even though being literally around the corner it took them 45 minutes to get to the site. Then proceeds to tell me he is unable to do anything, Because he feared hurting his flat bed truck. The simple lack of effort said enough about the quality of the company and their very poor customer service. A smart car with properly hooked chains could have done the job regardless of the size of my work vehicle. I Would not recommend this Mickey mouse operation to anyone. What a waste of time.
