Valet Car Wash
Once again I am giving Cambridge Valet Car Wash a 5 star rating! I have been coming here for my interior cleaning for at least 12 years and have not once been disappointed! I am always taken right on time and so pleasantly surprised at how amazing my car looks when I get back in it. It smells great and once again feels brand new! Everyone is so friendly there and I would only recommend this place for your interior car cleaning!

Valet Car Wash
Came here for the first time ever and the spotfree rinse they offer is a scam. First, there machine tried to take my money and not give me my time, then after I used the wash, when my car dried it looked like the pictures. I asked the manager Arash if they be able to give me a couple minutes to rectify the problem, (when he knew I was just there and helping me get the machine working after it took my money) he looked at me and said there’s nothing he can do about it.

I waited over a week for my appointment at Valet. It was worth the wait!The car looked like new after over 2 hours worth of work. Yes I spent a lot of money for the top package but the results were stellar. Thank you to the workers at Valet!

I always go in the morning and meet with a lovely smile of Melanie. This person regardless of the weather always cheerful and welcoming.I guess the whole team must be doing something good.I was a member of Guelph location but their machines were always down, whereas Cambridge location always found open and running.I highly recommend their services and encourage to interact with their staff.

I've been coming to this car wash recently over my normal favourites and I've been very pleased with my experience so far! All the bays seem to be very clean and well kept. Trash cans for your waste and lots of features and options with the wash itself! It's a little tight to get a full size truck into the opening and washing around the truck, but not an issue for most users. Free vacuums don't have a ton of power but it's free so can't complain! Would definitely recommend!

They cracked my windshield while going through their car wash and refused to do anything for me. Do NOT recommend this company, at least stay out of their drive thru car wash. The manager said it happened to 4 other vehicles this week and they don’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service.

I recently visited Valvoline express care for an oil change and was very impressed with the service I received. The manager, Nandu, and his colleague John was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The quality of service was excellent and I felt like my car was in good hands. The price was also very reasonable and I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary services. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of an oil change

Love the service’s offered here and the employees are great. I do not however love having the rfid sticker in the middle of my windshield. I just purchased the monthly pass but am considering cancelling it purely because of the sticker. Is there a better option?
