I thought buying a wedding dress was going to be one of the most stressful things when it came to the wedding planning based on what I was told by other bridal shops. But thanks to Durand, my experience was far from that. My stylist was warm, friendly and made me feel super comfortable from the start, and I ended up cancelling my other two dress appointments because I found my dream dress in under an hour. I was told my dress would arrive late July and it ended up coming 3 weeks early and pick up easy. All around fantastic company and employees.

I am blown away by the service you get here. I was just so impressed with how the ladies here were so amazingly nice. Our wedding dress helper was Grace and she was absolutely wonderful! Even when the owner (which I am not good at remember names, sorry!) was so attentive and the thought of buying a dress here just makes it even more worth it because they are so wonderful!Honestly, Grace made the whole experience just 10x more amazing then I thought it could even be. Thank you so much for making my bridal experience memorable.! Worth definitely making a visit. If I had to choose a store to do your first bridal experience. Durand should be first on your list.!

I just purchased my wedding dress from Durand Bridal.Brides, you MUST go to Durand Bridal— it is the most unforgettable, personalized, and special experience I have ever had, and the inventory of dresses is incredible. My stylist Margie was kind and welcoming from the minute my mom and I walked in, throughout the fitting and until we left. I showed her a few other dresses I tried on from our local shops who pulled dresses over my budget. Margie was able to work within my budget, and find the dress of my dreams. I am so excited to come back and pick it up next year. I would recommend making Durand one of your shopping spots. It doesn't hurt to check out other local stores from a experience perspective, but don't commit to a dress until you stop at Durand. You will not regret it :D

Three days to my sister's wedding her dress never arrived, the situation has been extremely stressful. What was one of the most horrible experiences, has now turned into the most beautiful memory because of Durand bridal.Today we found my sister's dream dress at Durand Bridal 3 days to her wedding date. I can honestly not speak more highly of the ladies at Durand. They truly made her whole experience one to never forget and we could not be more thankful to Marjie, Leslie and their team! They worked their magic and made her feel extremely special. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you from the bottom of our hearts we really do appreciate everything you did for her today ❤️

My girlfriend and I stopped in Durand Bridal just to check it out in January 2022 (wedding in June 2023). They had space for an appointment, so we decided to go ahead and try some on. Our sales lady was so kind, so lovely, and just generally pleasant to be around. She pulled a lot of dresses I really liked, and I appreciated her input based on the feedback I was giving. I ended up falling in love with a dress. It was slightly over budget. Durand Bridal offered to drop the price a little to meet my budget if I bought it that day. Sold! I came back in May 2022 for my measurements. There were a few communication issues that I understand had to do with staff turnover. My dress came in later than expected and a few emails went unanswered. Leslie apologized for letting me fall through the cracks and paid a portion of my alterations. Their selection, affordability, everything was just top notch. It was also nice being a street size 10-12 and having tons of samples to try on that fit.

I went in today as a bridesmaid helping my best friend find her wedding dress, and Brooklyn was spectacular help. She was a wonderful conversation starter, easy going, and kind enough to bring the price of the dress down as much as possible to fit within budget. The whole entourage loved the experience here, thank you Durand!

This is the BEST bridal boutique in Calgary! They are so welcoming, attentive, knowledgable, their customer service is absolutely amazing. They have a huge selection of bridal dresses.I purchased my wedding dress, veil and a custom Bride jacket from here. All came exactly on time and the exact ETA they provided me with. The sales rep helping me pick wedding dresses out on my first appt actually ended up picking out the wedding dress I went with.We then came back for my mom to get her mother of the bride dress and ordered one that came within 3 months. Their pricing is so reasonable also, I got everything for my day for 2 grand. I cannot recommend this place enough! Brides this is the place to go for your dream wedding dress!

I cannot gush about this place enough. I purchased my wedding dress from here in August of 2021 and got married August 2022, and was so impressed with the services. Marje was our stylist, and she only showed me dresses within my price range. I tried on so many lovely dresses but the dress I bought was the most stunning by far. They ordered the dress promptly in my size and kept me updated as it shipped over to the store. I recommend this place to every bride because of the impeccable service, dress style and price range, and efficient buying process. I could not have been more happy with my dress and will forever cherish it.
