the spicy chicken is real good. a little on the drier side tho. I usually stick to their sandwiches tho which are always very juicy

Worst Customer Service i ever see. There was a one skinny lady wearing grey color kinda jacket. It’s seems Manager doesn’t know how to speak english. She is just busy in her phone while taking order. I mean guy’s seriously improve your service or either atleast improve your manager. Never recommend this place’’’

Order 3 piece tender and found out they are half cooked. The drive thru was literally empty so I don't think they had any reason to rush through the order and serve the CHICKEN HALF COOKED!!!!. This is totally unacceptable. Food standards don't exist at this place. BEWARE FELLAS.

Ordered 2x 3 piece chicken combos. Spicy chicken was placed with my wife's side and mild placed with mine so we had to trade fingers". My order was missing its biscuit. Onion rings tasted old and were room temperature immediately after receiving the order

Chicken was hot and fresh, with no red bones. What struck me was the request for a tip when paying. When did fast food chains start asking for tips, or is it just Popeye's? This is getting out of hand now. Such a turn-off.

Worst location I've ever been to. Chicken was always dry. Sauce provided would be broken and exposed, rendering it useless. Served me a strawberry pie dessert. The chicken tenders were weirdly shaped almost like bonesless/skinless thighs, except there was barely any meat. After my recent experiences, I would strongly suggest any other location. They were great when they first opened, but they just don't care anymore. The quality of their food is 8j no way represented by the insane prices they charge.
