Under Armour Factory House

All I wanted was help to get a pair of shorts on the top shelf. Sure, I could have probably reached it myself, but I damn well would have knocked over all the clothes doing it because the item I wanted was in the middle of the rack. There were no male employees or taller people on the floor to help, so I asked the store manager.The Store manager wasn't even wiling to help. She made no move to help me when I asked. It is like I had to convince her to help me. She really wasn't busy either... She also, made a snide comment that she was the same height. Like lady would you rather me as the customer knock over your merchandise or wouldn't rather I ask for help. Ended up being a two person job because I moved the clothes over enough she could take it down without issue. Bad customer service!There was also no one else on the floor ... Shorts located right by the cashier. However, I know at some retail stores cashiers can't leave their post.Too top it off, while I was at the cash register waiting for my items to be totaled, the manager starts talking with the cashier helping me. Umm this is bad customer service. You need to chat with your employee do it when they're not helping a customer.Btw, it wasn't busy when I was in either...

The staff here was really rude to us. I just wanted to grab a tee and it was 5:57 and she was talking in a rude manner and would not let us go in the store extremely abruptly.

RUDE Management!!! AVOID this store!I purchased the project Rock headphones from Under Armour online on April 20, 2022 and paid by visa debit online. I walked into the store on May 18th to return the headphones, the girl checked everything in the box and confirmed everything was fine and started to process the return. The girl was very lost and needed to keep calling her manager to check what she was doing. (Not a huge concern but took long) then when I went to tap my visa debt to receive the return she said “oh we don’t do returns on a Visa debt because we are an American system. But we can put the money back on a credit card if you have one” I said I don’t want the money back on a credit card because that’s not how I paid for this item, I want it back on the debit card I paid with or alternatively give me cash. She of course called her manager and her manager didn’t speak to us and told the girl to tell us they can’t do it. When I started asking her why not, and that online it states we can return an item purchased online in store it did not say any of this information. The manager popped into the conversation and started to show attitude and was being very rude with her communication. Mind you all I am asking is to receive the refund in the SAME exact method i paid. She told me well it’s a system issue right now and don’t know when it would be fixed so we can’t do it. I called her out and said your employee told me it’s due to it being an American system and you are saying it’s a system issue, so which one is it. She continued to be rude and said well it was a miscommunication. Again I needed to highlight that it wasn’t a miscommunication and we know what we heard and what was said. She then changed her tone and said she will call head office to see what can be done. She spoke to them and came back and said the same thing that nothing can be done other than putting my $200 on store credit and I can call customer service. Why would I settle for a store credit for an item within its return period??? Overall this store is terrible with terrible customer service. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. They were also standing by the door 30 mins before close rolling their eyes every time someone walked in.

This used to be my favourite store. But second incident of unprofessionalism happened. Date - feb27 2023, I entered store at 7.35PM. I was looking for pair of shoes. A staff member came to me after a while and told we are closing in 10 minutes. I said okay . Then she said we also have families to go to . I ignored . My wife was at counter at 7.55PM exchanging pair of shoes and I was standing by along with friend. Same person came and asked rudely if she can help us with something . I said ‘No’ and told her to be bit professional and should close the store earlier if its some emergency. She argued with rude tone- ‘ people like you come at this time so she can not close’ . I was like I am still here before closing and leaving store before closing. Not sure - what she meant by -‘People like Me’ . It was hurtful. I shop the most at this store. Not sure if it will be the same .

Clean and organized store. Was in and out the fitting rooms quick. Good deals and offer first responder discount. The lady who helped us purchase our items was friendly and patient. Name started with an I" we believe

This location is located in a very busy plaza with numerous other stores. It’s an outdoor shopping layout. I had a return to do, and found the staff were fast and efficient. It isn’t that big, and I prefer the location in Vaughan, but it’s a good spot if you’re in the area. They do offer free shipping if you can’t find your size.

Will no longer accept returns from an online purchase via Visa cards. Will offer a store credit only. What an inconvenience. This company is turning in to a joke more and more each day.
