Perfect for all sports types, although I would recommend bringing an umbrella or blanket when going because the seats aren't covered and are a bit chilly.

Great stadium with good seating. Steep grade to the seats so it’s easy to see over those in front of you and makes you feel close to the field despite the track.

Great place to watch or play football, soccer, lacrosse, or track and field events. Home of the TRU Wolf Pack and the Kamloops Broncos Jr. Football Club.

Nice facility but poor planning and efforts to make this more of a community use facility.Poor parking, not able to use when events are on (no set schedule / cannot include this into a routine), not able to use for 1/3 of the year due to snow or ice.good for spectator use, just like any other stadium

Good place for a walk or run on the track. Trails are a little more scenic but the rubber track is easy on your feet and the view is ok.

Great location to run laps. Nice surface with eight lanes so plenty of room. 400 meters for one lap.
