Overpriced on some items.Ex: Laptop have older specs .Sells as the same price of a newer more powerful version. ( Rtx 1650, same as Rtx 3500 laptops out there ). For office supplies, they have good prices and variety. ( Paper, pens , dividers etc..) Memory and storage are also overpriced by 25% - 50% of what you can find online.

Some of the workers are not knowledgeable when it comes the laptops. Went in to ask about a laptop & the worker looked at us like we had 3 heads...if they are gonna have people there to work....they should know about what they are selling. But Tyler is very helpful. Only reason I added a star to this review.

Today we had to use the FedEx services affiliated with Miramichi Staples. We actually call first before presenting our self in persons. Jesse, an employee was so helpful and answered all of our questions. When we presented our self to the store in person, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Jesse was ready to help us, to bubble wrap our painting, protect it and wrapped it with boxes in order to ship this painting to Florida, USA.We only have positive comments to say! Thanks to everyone and to Jesse’s to have helped us and to have offered #1 customers service!We will be back and we highly suggest this Staples.Thanks ! ☺️
