Divergent Health Care

I tried Divergent after visiting several physio clinics over the last few years to resolve my elbow pain. I was happy with Dr. Nanda's diagnosis and tried the treatment plan with shockwave, acupuncture, and other types. I followed their instructions on things I can do to help the healing process and after my sessions were over, there is a noticeable difference. The results are worth every penny. I wish I found this clinic before spending thousands everywhere else.I'm going to continue my path to recovery with Divergent. I told myself that if this worked then I would sign up to treat my knees and shoulders...I did and it's going great.The staff is courteous, accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They walk me through what they're doing every single time and explain things to me if I don't understand. That gives me confidence. I definitely recommend and I will come back to treat future injuries and joint issues.

I am near 60 years old and sprained strained my right knee while getting off a step ladder at work. The following day it was so bad that I could not walk. After a couple of treatments with Jennifer and one treatment with Dillion I have full range of motion and have been pain free for months. Dillion also gave me some exercises to built strength in the leg. I cannot speak enough to the professionalism and knowledge that Divergent brought to my issues. I highly recommend them and their services.

Dr Jason had a lot of knowledge regarding my injury and was able to explain to me my issue while providing examples in preventing further stress on my shoulder. He made me comfortable about my diagnosis and treatment plan. The whole divergent team ( Physio, RMT, Exercise physiologist) is very skilled and knowledgeable.Wonderful staff.Highly recommend this clinic

0/5 stars for me. Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Literally don't go here, it's a waste of time. They are a sales clinic, not a health clinic. They try to sell you all their fancy technology for a small fortune and say that it's the only thing going to make you feel better. I should have listened to the other bad reviews and not gone here.Prior to going they had me fill out an intake form. I made sure to do so in as much detail as possible and explained everything about the three car accidents I've been in. When the doctor brought me into the room it's like he never even read the form. He had no clue why I was in. This was upsetting given how much time I took to fill the form out in the first place. He proceeded to ask me questions which I had already filled out. After that he had me lay down and he did an exam which lasted less than 5 minutes. He gave me 4 extremely hard pokes to my back and asked ‘does this hurt?’. I was shocked cause absolutely it hurt but with the amount of pressure used it would hurt anywhere he would have pressed. He also had me try to resist his hand with my leg and when it was hard for me he asked if I felt weak. I asked why and he said ‘well most people can do better than that’. I thought that was very unprofessional and his comments on my performance made my confidence plummet. I got up and felt super discouraged about the pain I was in. I even started to tear up because of how discouraged and uncomfortable he made me feel about my pain. He didn't even care one bit about how he made me feel. He then proceeded to diagnose me with chronic back pain after that 5 minute exam. He then went on to say that their program was the only program to fix my pain and he tried to sell me the $2500 program to make me feel ‘90% better in 7 weeks’. This doctor was honestly just an off putting person who doesn't care about patients feelings and also avoided eye contact the whole time which made it even more awkward. He was more of a salesman than a doctor and made me feel 10x worse about myself then I felt going into it which I would never have expected since doctors are meant to hold space and compassion for clients.

The experience i had at divergent has been nothing but promising. ive been sufferring with a chronic injury for over 2 years now. didnt get anywhere with my GP as he gave up on me. did physio got temporary results who was a great physio but just didnt where i needed to be. i'm 30 years old and had this shoulder injury from playing golf. never really got a proper diagnosis until i came to divergent. i was finally diagnosed with a rotator cuff strain and bursitis. They put me on a care plan that was customized just for me. they had over 7 different people managing my care even! after the program i was over 90% better and couldnt be more happier. i couldnt believe i was dealing with this for over 2 years! i highly recommend going to divergent if you have any pain or injury as they really listen and take care of you on a personal basis!C

Great clinic. Dr Jason is an outstanding chiropractor with professional team of physiotherapist, soft tissues practitioners, kinesiologists and many more professionals.The staff is friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable.I definitely recommend this clinic.

Not a good experience for me. I feel I was mislead on my actual treatment needs and they were confronting me with non stop sales tactics.Wanted to leave 1 star because I left extremely annoyed and foolish after my appointment, but later decided on 2 because service the service was friendly.

As a graduate student and former athlete, I’ve had neck and back pain for many years without relief. The physicians and health care providers at Divergent used a holistic and multidisciplinary approach for my rehabilitation treatment plan that was patient-centered. The staff was very courteous and professional at every appointment. Over the course of 8 weeks, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in pain approximately 80-90%. They respected my preferences and informed and educated me of the treatment plan. I highly recommend this medical clinic for patients looking for alternative options or those seeking to regain quality of life. Thanks Divergent!

I reached out to Divergent Health Care when I had lost all hope of living without pain. My left shoulder had been in constant pain for the past few years and the only ‘relief’ I was ever able to get was being referred for a cortisone shot but even I knew that only masked the pain, and once I started feeling it again it would be worse, which was just a vicious circle I was tired of.I googled pain management experts in Calgary and came across Divergent Health Care which gave me a reason to hope. I booked in for a consult, and was able to get an appointment right away. Dr. Nanda was friendly, welcoming and helpful, he was able to identify where my pain was, pinpoint where it was originating from and then outlined a plan for how he suggested we would treat it. I had 20 appointments/treatments over the course of 7 weeks. Every person I worked with at Divergent Health Care was friendly, and welcoming. They took the time at every appointment to see where the pain was and if it was moving or getting better, etc so they could gear their treatment that day to where the pain was, making it more effective for me and geared towards me specifically. I never felt like just a patient to them, but more like a friend, someone they cared about and wanted to truly help get better.I 10/10 recommend Divergent Health Care. The treatment works and the doctors are amazing - the true meaning of health CARE!
