Worse customer service and delivery guys. Drivers can’t find address that other courier service seem to understand and find. Then they do not follow up to get clarification instead your package will be delayed indefinitely. The delivery guys do not follow delivery instructions instead they do what is convenient then return package to warehouse. Horrible service

Such a bad service. The delivery Guy didn't make it. So he just put in the status: receiver unavailable. Which Is funny because I was waiting for that package all day long. When I called, they said I had to go and pick it up by myself, or I should wait... whenever they wanted me to wait for my package.

Had to return a tv with dead pixels back to Amazon. Purolator came right to my door and picked it up. Extremely convenient and great customer service.

I am having live plants shipped to me and paid for 1 day delivery to ensure they're still alive upon arrival. I recieved a missed delivery message. Have called 3 times and been on hold for over 30 minutes each call without getting a hold of anyone. It's impossible to reach customer service. Will not be using them again and will be posting to our local plant pages not to use Purolator in the future plant sales/purchases because it's a mistake.

I have been home all day ,but apparently I was not Driver just placed a sticker on the door, i happned to go out of the front doorthe driver looked around and saw me but got in the van and drove away. I only gave 1 star because you cant give none. purolator needs to fire route driver 54E as this is the 3rd Delivery that I have had to go and pick up Pretty poor customer service

They wouldn't leave a piece of rubber I ordered on my front porch.wasn't able to pick up my package within 5 days. apparently the send it back to sender.

It was supposed to be a one-day delivery, now almost 3 business days later(didn't count the weekend), my package has not yet delivered... Tracking says in vehicle for delivery since last Friday, and status shows delivered. I used Purolator before and it was not as bad as this time. Tried to call them but can never get through the waiting music... So far no explanation provided. I've called the seller to open a ticket for missing items.

Your delivery people are great (especially mine) but your customer service reps need some help. On hold for 30 min to order preprint Labels and he has no clue as it’s taking another 30 min and this is the third attempt to get these. If I get the wrong ones again I am done with Purolator.

First they didn't attempt to deliver my package (no movement on my side street all day on my doorbell camera)Then they brought it back out here in the middle of no where! I broke my knee and couldn't drive to get out here and they returned my package to the sender without notifying me! Once I was able to drive again I returned to the bad news in astonishment. Terrible service, if you can even call it that. 1 star is too many.

Inconsiderate of the preferred time of delivery. I get that some deliveries require signature, but don't expect us to miss work just to wait for the delivery. Now I have to pick up my package in their office that is only open on weekdays AND that is not in any bus route in Brantford. I don't drive, so I guess they'll have me walk for an hour just to get my package. Great.
