I first talked to Matt a few years ago when he was living in my neighborhood. He was great then, and nothing has changed. Once it was time for my project, Matt answered my email right away. We talked. I selected fabrics with his ideas. When he got my furniture, there was more to be fixed than just the new look. Matt called, updated me, and continued. His communication was awesome. He was expedient. I had my piece back in only a couple days. I was thrilled! A family piece with a great story and history, now also had a fresh new look. Matt will be my forever go to" guy."

I was looking for someone to reupholster a couch but many in the business no longer work on couches. And then I found Matt. My 1940’s, Porters of Racine couch looks great again! Matthew completely reupholstered our dinning booths that turned out beautifully way past our expectations and they are now the centerpiece of our kitchen! We bought the house in November and we’re going to yank them out and just put a table in, but they were custom made and very well built so I wanted to see if there was somewhere to get them reupholstered. I looked up Home star and gave Matthew a call , he came out to the house with sample patterns and gave me a quote that was very affordable! And he took all of the seats along with him back to his shop that day. In a couple weeks he returned with them and we were amazed at how great they turned out and the craftsmanship he put into them! It was one of the best things we did for the house so far! And it was a pleasure working with Matthew !

Matt did an awesome job on my sofa. It was 20 years old and he made it new again. I had the freedom to pick out my own fabric, but he had a good selection on site as well. Easy to work with. I live in a rural area and he included delivery, which I was appreciative of due to snowy conditions.

Matt Did a Awesome job redoing the seat & back on my Antique sleigh. He is excellent to work with and did the work in a timely manor.
