This place is the BEST. I needed my wedding dress altered a few weeks before my wedding (short notice!). She was very professional, taking time to listen to my requests, asking questions, offering ideas. I tried on the dress once for the initial pinning, and then again 2 weeks later to make sure I was happy with the alterations. She also showed me different bustle styles so I could choose what I liked best. Upon pickup, I looked over everything and was very happy with the quality. The dress was even ready ahead of schedule, which was great. I really appreciated her patience with me, as I had a lot of questions. I would highly recommend this shop. I ripped a huge hole in a pair of pants that I figured wouldn’t be able to be repaired, but I brought them in and they’re good as new. When dropping them off I was told the repair wouldn’t look perfect, which was fine by me, but it’s almost unnoticeable. Will come back here for all of my tailoring needs.

Got 2 body suits adjusted there. I am 5'11, so I needed the body suits longer. I had to measure myself with their measuring tape so I was crouched over which doesn't give a proper measurement of how much extra I needed. When I picked up my body suits, they had made them shorter!! Even though when I initially asked for it to be done, I kept saying longer, longer. They tried blaming it on me, saying that I said shorter (I'm tall, I don't want anything shorter). They said they'll adjust it, which took an extra 3 days...I still had to pay full price for it. The piece they added to the body suits is still too short so the threads are already pulling out. But I don't want to go back there because I don't want to pay more to get it adjusted again and I don't want miscommunication to happen again.They have a lot of good reviews, so I'm not sure if this was a one time mistake. English is their second language, so maybe they didn't understand what I fully wanted? I don't know.

came back after 2 weeks as was told too to pick up a zipper to be replaced and a couple of patches on the knees of a pair of pants. The jacket hadn't even been touched yet at that point. I came back the next day to pick up the jacket and after going home and checking out the repairs I had requested to be done, found 4 straight pins sticking through and out of the jacket. The jeans I had requested for the knees to be patched, ended up having one pocket sewed shut. By far the worst tailor ive ever brought my clothes to. very unprofessional and sloppy in my opinion. Paid $70 for this. complete rip off.

I have wide shoulders so i have to get get all my clothes tailored here.great place super friendly. they do a perfect job here and faster then every ware else in town. service here is perfect very hard workers.

I had something come up short notice and needed a dress altered. I had gone to another place first and they told me two weeks, I went to Okanagan Tailoring and they accommodated me and were very kind, thorough, and professional. Top-notch job as well. Their prices were also $20 under the quoted price of the other place. Highly recommend.

I came in here today two hours before being in a wedding, having had the hem of one of my pant legs come undone. They managed to squeeze me in and out within 10 minutes, with a perfect hem! Very reasonable pricing, and extremely friendly and fast service. I’ll definitely come back!
