Was trying to get a quote for repairing a large crack in the fiberglass of my motorhome. I sent photos on Feb 23 but they were not good enough. Since my motorhome is stored not far away from their shop, Devon agreed to meet me at my storage. The first time we arranged, he had to cancel but we did meet a few days later. There was more going on with the crack than I had anticipated and since Devon had no experience with RV walls, he was going to consult with people he knew in the RV industry. A month passed and I had not heard a thing from them. I followed up with a phone call where I was assured Devon would get in contact with me in a day or so, it's now been almost a month. Don't know if the repair was too complex for him to deal with or what but at the very least he could have returned my phone call to tell me that rather than letting me hang. Very poor customer service!

Gel coat sprayed on oxidizes within one year. Most high end offshore boats and yachts are finished in polyurethane paint and remain polished and shine for decades! You don’t know boats or finishes if you talk this way. Stick with tubs.
