Automatic, 2017, and less than 60,000 kms was my main criteria. With Jim’s guidance, I got an Audi A4 in superb condition, very competitive finance rate, and great price. We found Jim on Google after searching for the vehicle model we were after, and thanks to his stellar reviews, we took the drive out to Sackville - he certainly lived up to them!After buying our vehicle, we had a concern with it in the first 24 hours, and he was very understanding, willing to either allow us to swap it for the other of that model he had on the lot, or ask his service garage to look at it. They ended up finding the (very simple, non-mechanical, not-at-all-their-fault) problem, and fixed it free of charge. Then again, on discovering the lack of Bluetooth media streaming capability in the Q5 line - he went out of his way to order and mail us an adapter in hopes it would work - it didn't work in the end, but talk about going over and above for your customers!Go see Jim. You won't regret it. I've never had more confidence or less stress when buying from a used car dealership.(PSA: Audi Q5 owners - the rattle may not be in the sunroof! Check your rear deck (take it out entirely and listen for rattle, it vibrates against the sides) before you take your whole sunroof apparatus apart! Saved us hundreds of dollars and only took a little foam to insulate the problem.)

Buying a car is a big purchase not to be taken lightly. My girlfriend purchased a SUV from Jim and it was honestly the best vehicle buying experience I've ever partaken in. The financing rate we recieved for someone with a small amount of credit history is definitely unbeatable. All promises in our deal were taken care of with zero grief and at no time did we ever feel pressured.
