Purchased a DJ41 from Laura. She was absolutely amazing to purchase from. She emailed me when the watch became available, I missed the email and didn't respond, but she went out of her way to follow up and call me. Went in the next day to pick it up. Experience was fantastic! Thanks Laura!

I needed some information on repairing my Rolex watch. I live in Pickering & tried to find a reliable Rolex Dealer close to us, but although there were several local dealers, we couldn't find one that did the actual repair work.We heard about Damiani on-line and I called & spoke to Frank Teti a Rolex serviceman who explained what was needed. Woodbridge is quite a drive from Pickering but Frank sounded like he knew what he was talking about so we made the trip & it turned out that the drive was well worth it.If you have a faulty Rolex or one that needs to be serviced I highly recommend that you go see Frank Teti before you waste your time at another Rolex" dealer that will simply mail your watch out to another store to be repaired"

I’ve heard so many amazing things about Damiani Jewellers from a good friend who’s been their customer for the past 20 years.Today I was fortunate enough to visit the store with my friend and witness first hand just how absolutely amazing Damiani truly is.As someone who never dresses “rich” and because I am young, I often get treated poorly because most establishments will assume I am not successful enough to afford certain luxury goods.Damiani is unlike any other establishment. I was treated with nothing but utmost respect. The time that was given to me went beyond any expectations. Being in the store for several hours and engaging in conversation with several amazing employees. I had the pleasure meeting Claudio and having a wonderful chat with him. The staff here genuinely make you feel welcome and cared for. I can’t wait to add a new timepiece to my collection very soon. Thank you Claudio and the Damiani team for your warmth and genuine care.

Damiani Jewellers made what was seemingly impossible at very short notice, a dream come true for my husband to be. All the review below about the wonderful Mitali are true. Mitali is patient, kind and willing to make it happen with the customer. She worked with me night and day to make sure the right time piece suited for my fiancé was available, and I was able to surprise him a few weeks before our wedding. He will wear it with pride at the alter and we will never forget what Mitali and the whole team did for us. Special thanks to Laura and Mr. Damiani for also helping make this happen, everyone was great. We will be back, and we’re excited to see what’s next.
