This was a fantastic experience. We came to St-Lawrence Human Wildlife Services for a 2nd quote after having an Ottawa company inspect our issue. St-Lawrence came in under our first quote's cost, scheduled the work sooner, and had extremely polite and informative communication.When they arrived on site this morning, not only did they respect social distancing and explain the care they were taking to safeguard my family, they explained their target zones, most likely ingress points, their methods of control and resolution timeline. They were mindful of and polite to my two young kids, and worked very fast. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Thanks for the awesome service. Tom was prompt and fast. No more spiders now!!! and the price was right. I don't have to worry about storing dangerous pesticides either. I will just give them a call in the fall if I get them back.

If you have any bug invasions, do not hesitate to call them. They came on short notice and answered all questions. They went above and beyond. Great service, super friendly and easy to deal with and they stand behind their service!! Best around!!

My fiance and I used this service to try and keep a pest out of our walls of our home. We had two different people come out.. the first was trying to catch a mouse but it was not a mouse problem. The second was looking into possible squirrel which we think is the culprit. We had them come out, look around our house.. tell us what he thought and then we heard nothing else from them.We have a small baby and I wanted this issue resolved. I am tired of hearing noises in the walls. I am very disappointed in this company for not following up or offering solutions of what we could do.Now it is winter and we will have to live with a pest in our walls and I am now afraid of a new litter being born in our walls as well.Very very upset by this.
