They don’t have too many items in stock. The two things I wanted were both out of stock. Also they are very expensive. I got a pack of 30 rhinestones for 10 bucks. I got a pack of 1500 rhinestones on Amazon for 12 bucks. Crazy!!

The staff are always very friendly here and will make small talk while cashing you out so it's not impersonal and you always feel welcome going there. Great selection of craft books and items; and home decor.

Very little staff on the floor and they didn't have everything I needed. I ended up having to go to the other location. This has happened a few times lately, so I may just go to the Trinity Mall location instead, even though it's farther away from my home.

April 2023 5*Our favourite store as you can find all kinds of stuff - colours, craft and design. It is place for kids to open up their creative side.No much stuff for calligraphy. I hope that they will carry more stuff for writing.You can also find stuff for home decor. Sometime the store has huge discounts on few stuff so keep checking out.

The place is spacious and well organized. Needed to buy picture frames for puzzles and they have the ones I needed with a promotion of Buy 1, get 2 free! I don’t go to Michael’s a lot, but this one tops the previous two that I have been to.
