The least helpful counter service I've ever experienced here. After later visiting a competitor and receiving honest help finding the parts I required it was clear how little Lordco cares about the individual DIY guy.

I like that this place is BC owned! The big plus for me is that it gives us customers an option to buy after market parts instead of the high prices from dealerships. The area of improvement is their pricing structure, and who and how they issue discounts.

I had a part ordered through another store and went to pick it up, the fellow at the front desk had issues trying to look it up, even with invoice number couldn't find it, finally looked to see the store invoice transfer sheet found it, then he blamed the whole ordeal on the other store even though they clearly sent the paperwork.I got my parts which was great but the whole customer service sucked. I even asked if he would like to talked to the person that ordered the parts but he refused.I will most likely just order parts where i know they handle customers better.

I go in 4-6 times a year. Usually staff is good but some leave you standing waiting while engaged in small talk. One fellow is border line rude every time. Today, staff was chatting about mortgage rates with client after she paid ….. I got tired of waiting for the chat to end so I left.
