Very quick service. Dropped on Saturday and picked up on Monday. Once the word gets out about the quality service, it will be a longer wait I’m sure. Comforting to know the service technician is a person who knows the bikes inside and out and is a high level rider himself.Strongly recommend RIDE Bikes & Service

Shawn was super helpful! I wasn't sure what my bike needed and he did an inspection and called me the next day with a detailed account of what needed to be fixed. He also did a follow up appointment with me for free to make sure that everything was working properly. Shawn was great at explaining what he was doing and gave me tips for what I can do to keep my bike in good shape. It was really great service and super quick! I definitely recommend RIDE Bikes :)

Received fantastic service yesterday. He replaced the chain on my daughter's bike right away when I expected to leave it for a week. Great to see service like this, hard to find in Calgary at times!

I brought a hub in that i wanted a wheel built around, they said it would be a couple days and to call in on that day. I called and was pushed back one day at a time for 5 days.Finally i got my wheel back and can start riding again i thought. But when i went to put the wheel on my bike i found out that my axle is bent on the hub they built the tire on.They tried to quickly get me to pay and leave when i picked it up so i didnt check it unfortunately.They seemed really nice but anyone can seem nice. actions show more than anything and this place is trash.this happened last spring for context

I took my mountain bike in several months ago for a rear hub overhaul. Something turned up wrong from the initial install this week.We went to Shawn to see what could be done about it and he absolutely went above and beyond to make it right for us. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism, generosity and humility.Management of problems is where the true value of a businessperson comes to light and Shawn’s was exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend Ride Bikes and Service to someone looking for a bike shop.

Great service, great communication and super friendly. Shawn was recommended to help with some repairs on my e bike. It was easy to arrange a time and drop off my bike. We had to wait for some parts to get in. But once they were in they had my bike fixed the very next day. Highly recommend for bike services.

The best bike specialist in Central Alberta! I had some issues with a very specific bike part and it was repaired very quickly with great communication! Don't bother bringing your bike anywhere else.
