Gone to do my x-ray for immigration. Nurse was asking me inappropriate questions how long you been in Canada, are u working or not. Not satisfied with the service unprofessional, unfriendly staff.

What can I say, its a hospital that's old as dirt but the staff is great

In serious need of repair

My stepmother is currently here, after having surgery to remove lung cancer.Firstly - the care she has received has been exemplary. Nurses have been so friendly, helpful, patient, efficient. The doctors and surgeon are excellent. Truly we all feel like she’s in good hands. Nothing but positive things to say about the care she’s received and we’re extremely grateful for that.Not so positive are the facilities in which the staff are working. The fact that the water is unsafe to drink, brush your teeth, shower in. For a cancer patient?! Mind-blowing and embarrassing.Then found out that this has been an issue for many YEARS.The QEII New Generation plan was announced back in 2015 but where is it? Sure the pandemic no doubt impacted the timeline, but then why wasn’t the infrastructure improved in the current VG - at least to a level that allows for patient dignity.Unsafe water at a HOSPITAL is patently unacceptable and should be an unsurpassed priority to resolve.

It makes no sense that your Business Office shuts a whole hour ahead of the other departments- how are we to schedule appointments or book services?There is a reason why this country runs on immigration- between the 2 hour lunch breaks, inefficient management , you are failing.Think before you make such dumb rules.

Ancient, crumbling building that smells bad.Not commenting on the staff, most are awesome. But the infrastructure they need is falling apart.Seriously needs an upgrade!
