I have been using Psych Company for a few months and doing virtual sessions. My therapist is empathetic and thoughtful, and has availability evenings and weekends which is perfect for me. They offer a combination of therapy and life coaching, which is the action-oriented approach I was looking for. I have found sessions to be productive and plan to continue working with my therapist! :)
