I received excellent service when getting my vaccine from Ali and was super pleased with the efficiency of the whole process. Getting my injection was a breeze and I would definitely return!

Very helpful staff! The pharmacy intern, Ali, helped me to better understand the medication my grandma is using, as well as the precautions we can take to ensure she is maintaining her best possible state of health. Ali took his time to explain everything thoroughly, keeping my grandma’s cultural determinants of health in mind to provide specific additional steps and resources I could look into to better help with her care. He was very patient and answered all of my questions regarding each ailment. On top of the wonderful service, they deliver the medication to her! Overall a great establishment.

Don't go to this pharmacy ever. Extremely high prices for regular things. Tylenol is around $10 in shoppers drug Mart but it's $18.49 here. The pharmacist was giving me medication for 3 months for $28. But when I asked for one month. She charged me $18. The pharmacy hours are open till 8 pm but if you check on Google, it says 9PM.

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pharmacist Ali was extremely professional and gave me the most painless jab I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

The lady at cash at this pharmasave was amazing. Her customer service is exceptional and she was very nice. She helped me find an ankle brace and brought me the right sizes to where I was sitting. She deserves a raise.

I found medication prices are bit high compared to other pharmacies. Otherwise it’s accessible and has friendly staff.

Every-time I come to this facility I am disappointed. The only reason I keep going back is because it is so close to my house and my grandmother's prescription is fulfilled here. The staff working at the pharmacy are terrible. I have gone in on countless occasions to pickup medication. Firstly, they don't greet you. Second, when you approach the pharmacy, no one is there to assist you. I've waited upwards of 30mins at some times, and when I ask someone standing by for help, they hand me over to wait on someone else. More often than not, the staff is huddled behind the counter, chatting away. And even if you make your presence/urgency known, they simply do not care. Even if no one else is there, expect to wait at least 10 minutes until you are served.I went at 7:00am to get blood tests done, as the facility opens at 7:15am. The place itself is tiny, with people lining both sides of the narrow hallway, waiting to be called for their tests. The ladies at the reception are often trying to work quickly and maybe that's why they come across rude...not sure, but it's completely uncalled for. I was told I needed my blood drawn at 8:00am exactly to test for a specific hormone, and even when I went in twice at 7:00am, she said it wouldn't be possible, and asked if she could draw my blood anyway. FOR WHAT? Upon questioning her, she neglected to answer my questions, and handed me over to someone else. Needless to say, I went somewhere else for my blood tests, and had no issues.

The staff is very cordial and professional, they helped me with my insurance coverage etc. Very helpful, i didnt know what to do or where to call to get my coverage info… they took time to get all those details for me and made my visit all worth it. Not going to any other pharmacy ever !

I had taken my vaccine here over a month ago. It was a nice, organized, quick and easy experience. Very friendly staff and Ali who is an amazing pharmacist.
